2 weeks in light smoothies – what results? – NOTE

The strategy is easy to maintain by itself.

Simply having lighter smoothies in the morning is something that comes naturally.

The only slight challenge I face now is that I do tend to overeat a bit in the evening – it feels like that’s the way my emotions react to try to compensate for the calorie gap in the morning…

Ideas?

For the rest, energy is high + no visible weight loss – muscles are still same

I am not sure if overall, there is a calorie drop or not? my guess is that the calorie intake is overall very similar to before because I might eat more snacks especially in the evening…
