As with key steps with raw food shift strategies, the body and mind need to adapt to a new eating pattern. This takes time!
For a new eating pattern to be stable and grounded, in my experience, it takes 3 months.
This means that during this 3 months transition time, nothing else needs to be changed as the body and mind are already processing something deeply.
Remember that it’s not just the body adapting to a new eating pattern, the min dies that as well!
During that transition time, new emotional associations are being created, new mind sets are being built, knowledge and e perience are gained.
It simply takes some time to reprogram the body and mind with a new set of eating patterns
