before our call. Targets for your session 5 minutes before our call, take a white page and ask yourself:
Make sure you don't get disturbed
Tell your partner or friends that you can't be disturbed -
Turn off your cell phone - Close your email - Focus at 100% on
what happens in our call. This is a safe space
