"When I first signed up for coaching sessions I was an emotional mess.

After having gone through an affair I decided to stick with my wife and family but had tremendous emotional pain as I was still in love with this woman. I was totally unprepared for the pain I went through. I’ve never gone through anything this painful in my life.

I couldn’t stop thinking about her, memories would flood me and the pain and ache of missing her would not go away. My family and work was suffering tremendously, all I wanted to do was sleep.
