When you click on a PDF file, if the page does not open up, simply install a fresh updated version of Adobe reader. It is usually all you need to do.


The login or password I got doesn't work

Yes! They do! And we tripple checked!

Here is what can happen and what to do about it:

  • You made a spelling mistake or capitalized the first letter - 90% of those who report difficulties with login actually make a spelling mistake or use a capital for the first letter - Tripple check the spelling of your login and password.

  • The site can be down for a few seconds when you try to login - Simply try again to login a few seconds or minutes later. Check other pages on the site to see if it is active.

  • Make sure you use the right login and password - When you buy a product, you receive a small PDF file with your login instructions. Right now, the forum functions with another system/database and your forum login are different than your product, ebook or mp3 areas logins. Check again the PDF file your received when buying your product. It is in there.


MP3 audio - The audio does not start

If you click on a MP3 audio link and nothing happens, all you need to do is download and install an updated free copy of Windows Media Player on your computer.

In some cases, it can take a couple of minutes for your player to start! Be patient.

This can happen especially if you use Itunes/Quicktime which is the default media player for Mac users.

MP3 audio - Can't download an MP3 file to my MP3 player or Ipod

If you have trouble downloading a file directly to your MP3 player or Ipod, simply save the file first to your computer/hard drive and then copy it to your MP3 player or Ipod.

This is usually all you need to do.

Payment - Can't process my payment

You get an error message, saying something like "Your session timed out..."

This could be related to some security settings in your internet explorer browser.

I was confronted with something similar happening to me some time ago when trying to access a secured area on a site. I was told that this was out of their control and I simply needed to shift browser.

Here is what you can try:

  • Solution1 : Instead of using internet explorer, use another browser: firefox. It just takes 5 minutes to download and install.

  • Solution 2 : For most products on vitalcoaching.com, you have two payment options on the product page: paypal and 2checkout. They are the two "buy now" icons side by side. If one of them does not work, try processing your payment with the other one. Both payment options accept credit cards.

I know it is annoying when technology does work the way it's supposed to.

After trying these, if you still can't process the payment, can you email me at support with the exact details of the problem you face? I'll be glad to check this further.

Support - I emailed or called "support" but got no response

We always respond to any query within 24 hours (week days). If you don't hear back from us, it is either that your email is rejecting our answer or is disabled (Quite frequent with AOL users).

It can as well be that the phone number your provided is either wrong or unreachable/disabled.

Videos - The video does not start

Try one of these:

  • Step 1 - Download a fresh version of Windows Media Player and install it on your computer. Then go back to the video page.

If Windows Media Player is not installed on your computer (for instance if you are a Mac user or if you have an outdated version of Windows media player), it is strongly recommended that you download and install your free copy of Windows Media Player. This will make your video experience on this site and online in general much more enjoyable.

  • Step 2 - If you use a 56K dial connection (rather than DSL/ADSL or cable) click on the "view with 56 K" link under your video. This should open your Windows Media Player and start playing the video for you. If you still can't see your video, go back to step 1 and make sure that your Windows Media Player is installed.

  • Step 3 - Mac users, click on the "view with Quick Time" link under the video. This should open your Quick Time Player.

It can take a few minutes for your Quick Time Player to open up. If you click on the Quick time link, be patient.
