When you click on a PDF file, if the page does not open up, simply install a fresh updated version of Adobe reader. It is usually all you need to do.

Login or password don't work

MP3 doesn't start

If you click on a MP3 audio link and nothing happens, try installing the latest copy Windows Media Player on your computer.
