If you can't see the video

Download and install a fresh version of Windows Media Player. This is usually all you need to do.

Two video formats on the site

I use two common video viewing options depending on the video and its length:

  • Windows Media player - You click on the link - It opens your windows media player and you start watching straight away. You can as well download first the video to your computer as described later in this page.

  • Flash player - These videos are already embedded in a player - When you click on a link it simply opens a new page on your browser.

How to watch long videos on your computer

Some videos might be 45 to 60 min - You have two options:

  • Start watching straight away - Streaming - Click on the link - The video downloads as you watch - There is no delay but you can't fast forward for instance or skip parts you don't want to watch.

  • Download the video first - Watch it later - Allows fast forward or skipping parts.

    • PC users - Right click on the link and choose "save link as..." or "save target as..." to save the file to a location on your computer.

    • Mac users - Use Option + Click and the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your computer.

If your video stops or does not stream properly

It means that your internet connection is too slow for that video size. To avoid this, simply pause your video and let it fully download before viewing it. That way your viewing won't be interrupted or scattered.

Email support if you still have trouble.

Error message - The file is corrupted

The original file on our servers is not corrupted (we double checked really! :)) but the file did not download properly to your computer.

If you get this error message, try clicking again on the video link. If you still have trouble, download the video first to your hard drive:

  • PC users - Right click on the link and choose "save link as..." or "save target as..." to save the file to a location on your computer.

  • Mac users - Use Option + Click and the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your computer.

After that, simply open the file you just downloaded. The video should now stream properly.

Download a video to your computer or Ipod

  • PC users - Right click on the video link and choose "save link as..." or "save target as..." to save the file to a location on your computer.

IF you simply click on the link, you'll open Windows Media Player and start directly playing the video.

In Windows Media Player, you can save your video to your computer by going to  > file > save as > and selecting the location where you want to save your video to.

  • Mac users - Use Option + Click on your "Quick Time" link (under your video window - only available in some videos) and the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your computer.

PS: at this stage only some videos are available in ".mov" format.
