What happens in a coaching session?
Here is as well a general outline of a session's plan
Sharing: you tell me a few words about your situation. what steps you already took. What worked. etc.
Target for the session: Together we make sure the target you selected is truly tailored to your needs. We can at this stage eventually rephrase the objective for the session.
Coaching itself: this part represents 80% of the session. It is a dialogue in which I ask you key questions which will lead you to find your own answers. I will give you some advice and feed back as well. Those who experienced coaching before will tell you: It's magical and empowering!
Summarize and feed back: we summarize the session's inputs and major results, shifts and strategies. We summarize as well the actions and practical steps which could be taken after the session.
Targets are always very specific! Together, we focus on practical actions and solutions!
The session is centered on your needs! Depending on what you need, the various ingredients or aspect of the session (for instance: advice, motivation, confidence boost, etc) will be consciously balanced.
