I just launched an experiment and if you want to participate, simply email me at support@vitalcoaching.com. I will send you an invitation so that you can start posting on the specific blog.

This means that if you come accross cool videos you want to share, you will be free to post them on this new channel.

Our agenda is very simple: it is to offer high quality content to visitors.

What if a video is from an expert who offers their own products?

Here is how I look at it: if the content is solid and interesting for the visitor without having to buy anything or be directed to another site, I'll probably post it.

If it is just a commercial video promoting a product, I usually won't post it.

I check as well if it does not compete or conflict too much with what I already offer on the site.

Just try it out! Feel free to post what you are inspired to.

We can test that a bit.

I can always remove a video or post if I feel it does not match. Don't be offended if by any chance it happens, ok?

I do that frequently with some of my posts a few days after publishing them.

If you hesitate, you can post it and delete it later yourself as well if you feel it was a mistake.

If the posted video is really an essential one to watch, I might mention it on the main "Vital news" blog as well.

Take the risk and go ahead. I trust your instinct and right now the site will greatly benefit from your input and other people's videos, I am sure.

How often have you been surfing the net and discovered something you wanted to share with others but did not know how to? You have this realization, or find this really uplifting video and all you have are a few friend's email addresses. That's it! It is not much. I am of course not going to give you the control seat of the site. You know that. However, depending on your expertise and ideas there are so many areas on the site that will welcome not only your input but active participation as well. What's in it for you? At this stage, we are still growing and financial reward is not yet an option. Most of the work I do on this site is because of an ideal. Now, when it comes to experience, it is whole different story. Why? Because you need to test methods, tools and everything else what happens on a site. For instance, it took me two years to realize something about the blogs on this site. Now, that I know this fact, I can create and publish in ways which instantly multiply by 2 or 3 the impact I have with them. Blogs is just one example and with blogs only, you already have dozens of strategic and design choices to make to get them to be successful. What about forums, newsletters, advertising channels, PPC, stats and traffic, hosting, key strategic choices, possible product formats (Videos, audios, e-books, teleclasses, and more!). All these areas require sometimes 1 or 2 years of testing and experimenting before you get it right. Why does it take so long? Because the Internet, search engines, online buzz can take a while to catch up. Sometimes, it will take six months to see the results of a specific marketing step. An exciting success story I just received:

It works!!

The relationship is going from strength to strength, and we see each other 4 nights a week. Over the last month, this woman turned her whole dating life around. I had to share her story!

"I've used quite a few of the resources on your site and found them all really helpful. I especially liked the e-book (How to get a man), and I'm very grateful to you for making them available for people like me to use.

Tonight I had my 6th date with Steve - And we've spent over 30 hours together this week, so it obviously worked! My ex broke up with me a year and a half ago and I went down the downward spiral.

The break up was so sudden and devastating that I didn’t know how to recover from it. I had never had to walk through something as painful.

Something new came out since I wrote this e-book.

I definitely realized that what many people call crisis is actually an awakening!

It feels like a crisis because it is a time which calls for change.

While the winds of transformation feel challenging because many men don't know how to respond to it, these forces are actually very positive evolutionary forces.

Interpreting this awakening time as a "problem" which needs therapy does not give justice to what happens deep inside!

Sure, it challenges the established society values, especially family ones for instance.

This time of awakening can be especially difficult for a relationship partner for instance or the rest of the family.

However, in most cases, this has nothing to do with a depression or crisis time. It is a true realization that some aspects of your life and mind still need to be explored; this is 100% part of your growth and expansion process as a human being.

It does not mean of course that you must just respond blindly to the forces at play; it rather means that the renewal power which stimualtes change is definitely an energy you can use to project yourself forward into a refreshed and happier future.

Be smart and wise! I know you are!

"Francisco,

First of all, thank you for writing “How to get your power back after she breaks up”. Your e-book and information are helping me in a lot of ways in my life.

Like you mention in your e-book “this is a crisis” and I need to get my power back. I’m sure you get a lot of correspondence like this, but I wanted to quickly share my story. I think the events will somehow make me a stronger and better person overall.

In the summer of 2005 my girlfriend and I had a wonderful relationship of 5 ½ years. I loved her very much and I wanted to wait for October to propose on my birthday. However, in the middle of September she started to change and suddenly she did not want to hang out with me anymore. A few weeks later she told me she needed space and wanted to date other people…Overnight! Later on I found out that she was dating someone who she works with.

I got very depressed but kept going. Two weeks later my company was acquired by a bigger company and I was laid off. By now it’s close to the Holidays and I have no girl friend, no job and feel like my world is crumbling down. I felt sick. Something told me to hang-on over the holidays and although I went to sleep at 9pm on New Year’s Eve I made it through.

I promised myself to start 2006 with a new outlook and somehow I found your e-book online.

Although I am not completely over my ex, your e-book has helped me on those nights where I just needed a little push to get to bed and fall asleep. I still do not have a job, but I am actively looking.

Today it is about freedom, something that I’ve wanted for a long time...

I’ve been married for almost 7 years and I was trapped.

Now I’m free from my husband and I feel free, people see me for who I am: a beautiful, vibrant, happy, attractive, smart human being.

One good friend called me a survivor even when I was down.
