The key to create attraction with a man you already met is to focus on 2 qualities: Be fun to be with and be sexy in whatever interactions you have with him. It can be via email, the words you use, tone of voice on the phone, a sexy teasing video you post for him somewhere. If the attraction builds up, there is no reason to wait a few months, really. Sexual attraction does create incredible things and guys and women often open up new doors driven by that force only. What else?

• Be sure you are a problem free zone. Don't talk about problems or unsolved issues when you interact with him.
• Don't talk about work, or past love stories unless they are juicy and you put him in the center of it.
• No demands, no pressure and no expectations. This one is essential as well to intensify attraction and stay away from needy attitudes.

You don't have to look at him as if you already had something with him. Imagine that it's all fresh, that you never met and the territory of the emotions between the two of you is totally virgin. Ideas:

• Send him a card with a sexy girl on it and ask him if he thinks the lingerie she wears is a turn on.
• Send him a one line text message with a teasing line: "Hey? Midnight fun?"
• In an email, tell him that you just recalled 5 of the most exciting moments in your life and one of them was with him. Describe what you felt and then nag him saying: "Wonder if you would still be able to be up for something like that. Are you in good shape? Do you train? No biceps - No date!" that kind of thing.

These are just ideas to give you some directions, but to be good at creating attraction and being sexy with him, you need to be sexy, flirty and teasing with just any guy. Practice with men you are not attracted to. Tease and flirt until it becomes natural. Practice a couple of openings a lot, like "Does your wife get jealous when you flirt with a stranger?", until you are 100% natural at it. Attraction and being flirty is an attitude and a state of mind you build up because it is a fun way to relate to the opposite sex and you can use it any time! Any other question? :)

Having intercourse in the very early dating stages can immensely lower attraction and sexual tension between a man and a woman. The reason why intercourse shifts attraction dynamics is because when a man ejaculates, the loss of semen creates a massive drop of energy which lowers immensely the sexual tension and attraction you have before sex. Most women are not aware of that because it happens in the man's mind and energy. But for men, the energy impact of losing semen is massive. You go into an after sex emotional state where the energy dynamics are radically different. This is why it is better to build up attraction with lots of complicity, love and harmony. Once this energy base is stable and strong then if he comes and loses semen the after sex emotional gap is filled with love which keeps the attraction going. A big part of the attraction of a man for a woman has to do with fantasy. These fantasies are fed by desire and are an ongoing flow of emotions in a man's imagination. If he has to wait a bit (a few weeks up to three months) to have intercourse with you he builds up lots of fantasy in his mind which triggers a high level of attraction. It takes 4 to 7 days to fully rebuild the "sexual tension" in a man's body and mind after ejaculation depending on the age and his natural stamina level. You must know that about guys. What to do? It is simple: next time you are with a man in the original stages of dating, exchange light intimacy, kissing, foreplay but slightly hold back in a playful way. If he insists, tease him with that. Escape his grip but do give him something, otherwise he'll think you are just prude or complicate. Every time you see him, go a bit further, that way he knows he is getting somewhere and that you are not just leading him on. • The technical term for break up related challenge is "Adjustment disorder".
• You have adjustment disorders "with anxiety" or "with depression".
• The full definition of the "break up condition" would be: "Adjustment disorder with mixed disturbance of conduct and emotion".
• RM estimates that 80%-90% of his patients suffer from disorders related with break up or other relationship problems like infidelity.
• The other 10%-20% of his patients seek his help for drug related problems.

For the overall population:

• 1/3 of the overall population faces some difficulties sleeping (sleep problems or sleep disorder).
