Freedom to be yourself

Two key useless emotions are guilt and shame.

In 99% of the situations where these emotions are expressed, they don't help you or anyone else.

Why is that? Because guilt for instance has a very specific purpose: reorient an action that should not be there.

It can be a thought or an emotion as well.

Now expressing an unjustified feeling of guilt creates a blockage of energy which divides your mind.

It is like creating a mini internal battle with yourself.

In the spiritual development field, a lot of guilt surrounds emotions like sexual desires, pleasures of any form, passion and other fiery emotions, determination, will power, etc.

The list goes on and on.

These emotions or actions are usually labelled as an expression of the ego or sexual nature.

Now, imagine what happens when instead of wasting your energy fighting these emotions, you actually embrace them, tame and use them as any other form of energy in you.

At that stage you might need a bit of help and support to understand how to exactly do that.

It is simple, you no longer want your mind to be divided.

You want to feel complete, mastering all aspects of your being.

This means unleashing your inner power and embracing fully who you are.

Your ego and instinctual nature are part of you.

No need to be ashamed of their presence.

Use them and master them.

This is a vast open avenue of new possibilities

I am aware that this is a reality you might already embrace.

If it is the case, ask yourself:

  • How much undigested guilt or shame are still left in you?

  • Do these emotions play a constructive role in your mind or are they simply holding you back?

  • What would happen if they were cleared forever and replaced by a free flowing power feeling of trust, joy and energy?

One advice: free yourself and get rid of what holds you back.

Live in freedom!!!

Compassionate action - Karma yoga

In the Yogic world, compassionate action is often called Karma Yoga.

You can care for nature and animals, humankind or anything else you want.

Giving freely unites you because your action tells that you recognize your essence in what you care for.

Another area where Mataji will sponsor and inspire your actions.

Love is your ability to connect.

Of course we talk about the heart chakra, compassion, unity, etc.

All these qualities are part of the love experience and if you feel that love is not part of your life, Mataji offers you a path to open these channels in you.

Experience! Trust!

She can guide you with that

Stretch the limits of Yoga

When you connect with Mataji, you realize that what you call Yoga can include lots of lines of energy and actions which are usually not considered as Yoga.

To tell you the truth, if the word Yoga itself does not resonate in you, you can call it tantra or anything else you want.

The spirit is formless.

We give it names and by doing so, we tend as well to reduce it to something we can comprehend.

Imagine Mataji's spirit as formless and limitless.

See it as an energy field rather than a physical person.

See this energy field as a vehicle which translates absolute energy into streams which are closer to the form.

The reason Mataji can help you is because there is a mind dimension to her being.

The guidance can feel more directive and closer to you to a certain extent.

In your spiritual evolution, you are often looking for a path or a system which shows you how to manifest what you feel.

At the same time, you don't want to limit yourself within a structure which is limiting or too rigid.

This is exactly where Mataji can help you.

Especially if you searched along the traditional lines of expression and could not really connect with them.

Her force frees your mind and gives you space to be yourself.

She sponsors and empowers your being without reducing it.

You stay in charge and simply feel her energy watching over your actions and offering you clear guidance when needed.

She will as well stimulate your inspiration and imagination if you don't know where to start.

Beauty!

The perception of beauty is a sudden realization of an alignment between a clear spirit and the form.

It has to do with aesthetic values and tastes as well.

Expressing beauty through life and art is a way towards inner awakening.

You communicate a sense of absolute perfection through your being.

Your life is itself the greatest art form.

Even if you are not an artist, you can express beauty through your actions, thoughts and emotions.

Your life is an evolving creation which is a true, unique expression of your life force.

Your life is a peace of art

Think beyond crystallization of the form as well.

Beauty can have this sense of ever renewed impermanence.

You don't need to hold it or control it.

You can create it in the the words you speak and how you connect to others.

Beauty is like a seal of energy recognition.

It is like a spirit's flow which embodies itself in what you create.

If you don't know where to start, trust and ask Mataji to help you express and connect with it.

It is this sudden rush of inner freedom and bliss.

Tantra - Exchange of life force

The pathways of Tantra and Yoga seem to run in parallel.

They no longer need to be divided.

Any way of defining both always hits some form of limitation: it is never complete, no matter what you say about one or the other.

So, rather than saying what yoga and tantra are or are not (you probably have your own definitions or perceptions anyway, right? :)) let's see them as two spirits. Two sources of inspiration which are both separate and interlinked as well.

They are two systems that work together and in parallel.

Sometimes, you will feel that a practice leans slightly more towards Yoga.

Another time you will feel like it is Tantric.

Now, I do believe that with Babaji and Mataji side by side, these two streams get united within one unified field of energy.

It unites!

It removes differences and creates a flow of inspiration everyone can embrace.

What is Tantra?

Well, here is my own definition of it: unity through exchange of life force.

Yoga and Tantra can be seen as two sets of pathways taking you to the same place.

It is a vast topic.

Mataji? Babaji? Do you need to choose?

Of course not?

Mataji offers you new channels if for a reason or another it feels better for you to relate to her.

The connection you have with Babaji or Mataji is very instinctual.

The ideas I am sharing with you are not rigid or fixed.

You usually know instantly what being you want to relate to.

You will feel inspired to link and connect with that specific energy field.

You can't get it wrong. If you can't choose, you can invoke both beings together and if still in doubt, simply focus on what comes first.

All directions are open!

You are free!

Artistic expression

If you feel attuned with artistic expression, this is of course a field you can dedicate to your spiritual quest as well.

Any spiritual action is a form of communication and exchange with a reality which is much vaster than yourself.

Artistic expression is just one way of communicating.

Yes! It is a form of meditation if you practice it within that spirit.

Painting, dance, music, sculpture, graphic arts, poetry, theater and more can all be seen as a spiritual practices when used in that sense.

Think of the renaissance, devotional art, devotional music and dancing, and more.

All of these try to manifest beauty and through that expression create union with the absolute.

This is another area where Mataji can guide your steps.

Now, how does it work?

It is very simple actually.

You simply invoke her being through the mantras I gave you earlier. You can sing her name or meditate internally on her name for instance.

This connects you with her energy field, her guru field.

It will inspire your art and give it extra strength, direction and power.

Senses and delight

This is another area where Mataji will offer you a path.

You noticed that the area of the physical senses has often been an area of internal conflict for those engaging into Yoga and spiritual practices in general.

There is a common belief that to succeed with your spiritual aspirations, you need to suppress desires and emotions.

This created a duality always and while many succeeded in putting a lid on their emotions, many more ended up trapped in an inner conflict.

At the end, many of these spiritual seekers ended up spending all their energy fighting with themselves rather than focusing on their practices.

The temptations were so distracting that many even gave up the path because of that.

This is another area where Mataji's energy will sponsor your development along that line without needing to go into suppressive states.

You want to feel united. You want to know that you can embrace all aspects of your being with delight without feeling guilt or shame.

You are one!

More on that coming soon

Devotion

This is probably one of the major lines her energy sponsors.

You probably noticed that Yoga does not need to be devotional by itself.

You can focus on the poses, breathing techniques, meditations techniques with great results without feeling devoted to a God or Master.

When you touch on Bhakti Yoga, you definitely enter a devotional stream with singing and celebration.

Mataji is here to sponsor that stream.

Does it mean that Babaji doesn't? Of course not :)

Their combined lines of energy simply give an extra boost to this devotional line which could otherwise have been less present in the Yoga stream.

Mataji is Babaji's female spiritual partner.

She represents the feminine streams which are contained within the Kriya yoga streams.

Dare to be a creator!

There are two ways you can play music.

The first one is to follow a written piece.

The second one is to improvise.

When you refer to an existing tradition, you simply copy mind sets that others designed for you.

You try to fit it into your mind.

Sometimes what these traditions designed would take you centuries to recover and reinvent if you had to.

Other times, what you read is what you know already.

Very often, all you have to do is create a mind set and action system that matches your unique life experience.

You are free!

Does reading a specific book free you? Or does it limit you?

Will you discover more about yourself by reading what is already written or by taking a white page and letting your own mind reveal itself through your own words?

Both approaches are valid of course.

Sometimes you want to relax within an existing structure.

Other times, you want to tap into deeper layers of your mind and bring to the surface the key insights which are in you.

You don't have to fit in.

You don't have to limit yourself within what already exists.

If every human being was repeating what has already been discovered, there would never be anything new.

Dare to explore and find in you the mind sets, ideas, actions which reflect what you already are.

Dare to be a creator!

Raja Yoga

Raja yoga is the art of mastering your mind.

Raja means fire.

It means as well royal.

In your mind you have "mind objects" like thoughts, emotions and feelings.

Your mind is your territory and the art of Raja is the art of mastering all of that.

An emotion is simply a wave on the surface of your mind.

It is not your deep nature.

It does not belong to you.

It comes and goes.

When you focus your mind via a meditation technique, you create a harmonized stream which naturally generates a positive flow of thoughts and emotions.

It is like jumping into a river where any wave is a "positive wave".

You don't target the wave itself, you target first the river you swim in.

With some practice, this flow of yogic energy transforms your mind, clears negative thoughts and feelings and strengthens your mind channels.

This is the renewal of your mind.

It is a transformation process through which your mind becomes clear and powerful.

When you see an emotion like sadness or worry in your mind, you can either embrace it and nurture it of you can kick it out of your mind with power.

In other terms, you fight!

You defend your territory and make sure that whatever happens in your mind matches what you want.

Yes! What you want!

Your will is not an orphan disconnected will.

Your will is linked with a vast stream of manifestation.

It is a flame within a vaster fire.

Your fighting power and determination are tools you can use positively.

Your mind is your territory and it is your task to educate it so that it functions at its best.

You are in charge!

You are the designer and the architect of what happens in it.

You make choices, and select the ingredients you want to manifest.

Now, you can do all that by analyzing and choosing thought by thought and emotion by emotion or you can simply connect with a stream of energy which does all that naturally for you.

That's what you do with a raja yoga technique!

You are the master of your mind!

You are the designer!

You are the architect!

If millions of people were taking the action you are about to take now...

This is a good question to ask yourself:

"If millions of people were taking the action you are about to take now, what would be the effect on the planet and humankind?"

Ask yourself this question when making key choices in your life.

Another way to put it:

"Is this a step forward or a step backwards?"

It really gives you an ethical base from which to function and helps you with making key life choices.

Your actions are connected with a vast stream of manifestation.

Are you going with the stream or against it?

Do your actions match with a vaster human purpose?

Are your actions connected with a vaster stream of manifestation?

This is a good way to synchronize your actions and make sure that what you do matches the vaster purpose for humankind and the planet.

Tame your kundalini!

Human over nature or rather human over instincts.

The goal is to master your instincts not to be enslaved by them.

This is why your spiritual power grows step by step: because you need to master the forces you wake up.

If these forces were unleashed all at once, you would not have the power to master them.

Kundalini is a reflection of your animal nature, the fire of the dragon, snake or lion.

All these are representations of the same force.

When this energy wakes up, the goal is to tame that force and direct it in a constructive way.

How do you tame your kundalini?

You give her directions like postures, moves, mantras, mind sets, etc.

The goal of any yogic practice is to structure your personal vehicle so that your being is harmonized and vibrating to its full potential.

When you practice an asana (yogic posture) that's an instruction you give to your life force.

When you sing a mantra, embrace a value or take conscious synchronized action, you are always instructing your life force and giving it form and purpose.

That's how you tame your Kundalini.

By giving her direction and positioning yourself as its master.

By the way, taming is very different than controlling...

Taming is creating this synergized partnership with a force of nature.

Imagine riding a horse.

You can tame it while stimulating its power and wilderness and without actually limiting it.

You simply give it a channel of expression.

Sometimes, you'll allow the horse to lead you as well. You might sit and trust its instinct and its power.

Partner with these forces in an effective way so that what you create is a synergized play of energies.

You can as well see yourself as surfing the waves of this energy. Waves are energy. You use that force and play with it.

With kundalini, it is the same: you partner with its power and give it direction.

Might go deeper into that in another post. :)

Tune into the future rather than into the past

Put it this way: the past is already written.

The future is an infinite space of potential.

To move forward embrace the unknown!

If you spend most of your energy trying to recall the past, that's where you keep your consciousness.

It does give you some security and a sense of stablity but limits you as well.

It is like trying to walk forward while looking backwards.

What does it take to integrate a new technique?

With simple meditation techniques, it can take as little as 5 min/day for a week.

That's it!

If you want this technique to stay with you and be able to recall it any time you need it, it often takes 1 to 3 months of practice.

If you practice a technique for that time, you will feel like you own it.

That's good news and means that integrating a new spiritual tool is relatively easy.

A technique shifts patterns on an energy level

It reprograms your mind.

This is why sometimes, even a 1 minute practice can have such a powerful impact: because you connect with a source of energy and this automatically stimulates change in your mind.

A new technique is more than a practice. It is the integration of a new energy.

Think short directive techniques rather than long hours practice.

Give rhythm for your mind to stay alert and fresh!

Multiply your freeing power - Try this technique!

If you want to free yourself from negative emotions, you need to increase your level of power.

It is simple: you want to destroy the emotions and mind sets you no longer need.

Imagine the power of a mountain river rushing through the valley.

That's power, right?

Here is a word/mantra you can use to create the same effect in your mind:

Dariman Babaji

Renewal/Transformation/Change/Destruction - Babaji

----------------------

If you prefer using the word dariman by itself here is the calligraphy

Dariman

Renewal/Transformation/Change/Destruction

-----------------

experiment with both options and choose the one that suits you best.

Now you have to look at this idea from a positive perspective.

The force you are invoking is the power to remove what you no longer need in your mind and life.

This is what freeing is about, right?

Remember that this force is intelligent. It goes where it is needed the most. Trust it

If you feel that there are forces at play holding you back, take a martial art position and utter this word a few times with power.

Use your will power and determination. Imagine that you have an obstacle in front of you that you would like to destroy.

That's it!

Kundalini and freedom!

When you wake up your universal identity, it is essential that your channels of energy stay clear.

Waking up your energy expands your being, but to stay clear you as well need to increase your inner power and the clarity of your inner channels.

Breathing techniques, singing, dancing, postures all clear up your inner channels and make sure that your life force flows harmoniously.

You want to stay in a state of inner freedom rather than having your mind and body cluttered with undigested emotions and energies.

Most of this happens naturally through conscious positive life style choices.

Every action you take has an impact.

If you sing a power word, you invoke the energy behind that word and it naturally flows through your being and impacts right where it is needed the most.

The energy you invoke is intelligent.

It naturally does what it is supposed to.

Every now and then, you give nature a little help by consciously participating in your energizing process.

You will breathe a little deeper or a little faster to stimulate the flow of life force in your body.

In my mind, life force, kundalini and energy are all synonyms.

I don't really separate these concepts.

This simplifies things.

You are in a state of freedom when life force flows freely through your being.

If you feel undigested emotions in you, these tend to stay stacked in your system until you invoke or use a power strong enough to clear them.

When your level of power is high, this means that your energy channels are strong.

In that case, negative emotions and thoughts simply stay naturally out of your system.

They are cleared before they even touch you.

The higher your level of inner power, the freer you feel.

Bhakti writing! - Bhakti singing!

If writing concepts does not work for you, you can try a more poetic approach which leans your writing towards artistic expression.

When you do, you practice bhakti.

Bhakti Yoga is a path of devotion.

Usually it is expressed in the form of singing and music but there is no limit, really.

You can dance, write devotional poems or prose or even express your devotion in theatrical forms.

When you write devotionally, you usually express beauty and love through your words.

In the West, it would be called romantic devotional poetry.

How does it sound?

If you want to try, simply write down the first poetic line or word that comes to your mind.

Here is what happens when I try:

"When I close my eyes..."

And then you follow up with whatever comes next...

When I follow up, here is what comes:

"When I close my eyes, I feel the nectar of your essence permeating my being.

The sensations are first like a light tingling in my mind and turn quickly into an ecstatic feeling of joy!

The love I feel is all encompassing and embraces every single living form on this planet.

I am at peace and delighted to know you!"

Yes! It is that easy to start:
  • "The light in the sky..."
  • "The sensations in my heart..."
  • "Wake up to the vibrant joy..."
  • Etc.

This would be Bhakti writing.

You can express the same via dancing or singing for instance, right?

What does it mean to express Bhakti?

Express what you feel by creating beauty!

Now, simply dare to take a step.

You don't need to be a professional singer to be devotional.

Wrong notes and imperfections are okay, really!

Even if what you write does not really "sound" poetic or harmonious, Babaji understands your intention.

Even if you feel you don't get it totally right in the begininng, don't worry.

It is a skill you can practice and develop within a few days or weeks of practice.

It goes very fast once you try.

You don't need to publish it (even though you can if you want to :)).

This is for you and him. It is like a set of intimate letters you keep for yourself.

Remember that this is a dialogue you establish with Babaji's being.

Right now, you are not doing that for your friends or neighbours.

This is your way of expressing your profound universal identity and feeling of connection you have with him.

If you feel that you want to connect with another source of inspiration rather than Babaji's being, then simply direct your devotional aspiration to the reality you choose.

It can be Shiva, Shakti or even another Guru field if you want to.

It does not even need to be out there. You can talk to yourself, your own spirit.

It can be God, Nature, elemental forces, whatever you decide to connect with through your unique devotional expression.

This is not about kriya or yoga or even Babaji.

It is about you!

It is about you owning your spiritual power, your spiritual tools, your spiritual development.

As you can see, there is a vast variety of ways to connect with spiritual realities.

If it is Babaji you have in mind, bhakti writing is one possible way! It is very effective.

Don't be afraid to try. There is nothing to fear.

You absolutely can't get it wrong :)

You are free!

Free your mind! - Practice Jnana!

Imagine that you want to develop more knowledge and understanding about Yoga.

You can for instance grab a copy of the Bhagavad Gita and spend a couple of months studying and interpreting it.

That's one approach.

Another way to do it is to assume that your being is already emerged in that knowledge and all you have to is find it in you.

You take a white page and start writing what comes.

You can for instance answer simple questions for yourself like:
  • What is the ultimate goal of Yoga?
  • What exactly is happiness and how do I know I am expressing it?
  • How can I manifest my cosmic identity day by day?
  • Etc.

Start playing with words and ideas and you will be amazed by what happens next.

You will realize very fast that you already know a lot!

Writing from that place of consciousness is an exciting experience because while you write, you feel the energy streaming through your being.

It is a meditation experience in itself.

You manifest knowledge and wisdom by doing it.

Now, you don't need to publish what you write.

No one even needs to see it.

The ideas you write are a reflection of what you see internally.

You tune into an energy reality and the filter of your mind interprets it in a unique way.

It is a written portrait of a certain area of your consciousness and you discover more and more of it as you consciously explore it.

Experiment with it! You'll be amazed with what happens when you do.

Jnana Yoga

There are so many ways to connect with Babaji!

The traditional kriya way that a few systems use is only one of them.

They often function around a few core techniques like a certain breathing technique or a specific set of yoga postures.

All these are of great value and do work.

However, they are not unique.

If you were focusing on developing new techniques to connect with Babaji, if you are skilled at it within a few months or years you would have designed your own unique system.

It could involve anything like rituals, devotional singing, yogic postures, mudras, specific mantric formulas and so much more.

There is no limit!

It is like climbing to the top of the Everest.

The fact that a team successfully used a certain route does not mean that this is the only way to the top.

Remember that you function from a state of freedom!

Babaji will never reject your call because you did not use a specific system or sang a wrong note.

Remember that Babaji is an intelligent energy field.

It is there to free you!

Not to limit you within a fixed set of rules and behaviors.

This is probably one of the key ideas to remember.

Oups... We were talking about Jnana, right?

Jnana stands for knowledge.

This is what I am doing now.

When you sit down and write down ideas which express a certain experience, that's what you do.

It is an art to create a conceptual architecture which matches your experience of reality.

You can design your own architecture of beliefs and play with ideas and concepts.

It is fun to do and the way to start is simply to dare.

Free your mind!

That's your possible doorway into Jnana Yoga

What about desires and unbalance?

Of course, unbalance is another form of equilibrium that pushes you forward.

Desires are emotional forces which push you forward.

They are positive forces if you decide to see them that way.

They are part of creation. They are part of your mind and emotions.

Even a state of non desire is probably the result of a desire to be in that state.

So... The whole duality can be dropped now because there is only unity.

Unbalance functions in the same way.

Unbalance forces you to shift your mind posture to connect with new qualities.

Desires are still within this field of perfection because everything you know is included in it.

Now, it does not mean that you must stay passive and not change anything.

Your will power and conquering drive are lines of power within a much vaster stream of manifestation.

Your desire and will power is one flame within a vast planetary field of manifestation.

The power that you express is never disconnected.

It is always linked with a sponsoring energy which is vaster than yourself.

This is why there is nothing to be ashamed about.

Your desires and emotions are part of the story, not some mistake from creation.

The flame that you express is one amongst millions of burning flames stimulated by the same source of inspiration.

This is why you can embrace the forces that trigger your mind rather than rejecting or trying to suppress them.

They are part of the story... Your story!

Perfection is right now!

Here is a fresh perspective to help you grasp the essence of Yoga.

This exact moment is perfect because it is in total balance with all forces in the universe.

Even disequilibrium is just another form of balance.

You can wake up one day and realize that instead of chasing the future, a distant dream or desire, you see perfection in the instant.

It's a choice.

It is a conscious state of mind you embody because you choose to, not because it is forced on you.

The decision to see this very instant as total perfection is in your hands.

It is a conscious choice you can take right now

Invisible network - Inner system of connected energies

There are probably millions of people on this planet who feel connected with the siddhas or kriya yoga streams.

Sirajala is a name for this invisible network of connections.

Sirajala - Invisible network

This invisible network will never be manifested in the form of a physical organization.

Why? Because it is free and open.

Make your house your ashram

Your ashram is where you are!

The reason why an ashram becomes a center of energy is because of a dedication.

You can transform the place you live in, in a glorious centre of shining power and energy!

All you have to do is start taking action in that direction, so that your outer reality reflects your inner state of mind.

If you start touching the space of yoga in you, let it reflect on your personal space.

Make it more than an altar in some corner of your house.

This energy is truly ready to embody itself where you are. All you have to do is give it space.
  • Clean!
  • Get rid of junk and clutter.
  • Let go of past memories you no longer need.
  • Harmonize your personal space
  • Practice right where you are
  • Sing
  • Write mantras on the walls and on objects in your personal space
  • Use sound and mantric power in your space
  • Yoga postures and dance
  • And more!

It can easily take a year of focus to rebuild your personal space's energy and empower it in this new way.

Use this inspiration to transform your life

There are two sides to your spiritual development:
  • The practices themselves
  • The actions that follow

The sources of inspiration you connect with are very powerful in changing and reorienting your mind patterns for instance.

Your mind and body are two essential aspects of your personal vehicle.

Use the inspiration you receive to shift what no longer works for you.

You can do that on the physical level by for instance training your body or shifting your diet.

You can do that as well on the mind level by shifting thoughts, ideas or emotions that no longer match what you feel.

Yoga is a state of unity. When you establish it in your existence, it naturally reflects on your mind and personality and starts shifting key aspects in it.

Respond to it and do take action.

"I try to meditate for an hour every day but can't keep up with it..." - Question

There are two ways you can approach your spiritual training:
  • Through strong will power and discipline.
  • Through freedom!

If you force yourself into a discipline and use a lot of will power, after a while, your level of motivation might drop.

Time to shift and develop a new approach:

  • Focus on fun and excitement
  • Diversify your approaches
  • Use shorter meditations and practices
  • Ad new techniques
  • Etc.

Your mind might get bored when your practice the same technique over and over again without variation.

The Zen approach works well for certain.

Some people might prefer repeating the same technique without change.

Some others might prefer a more diversified and creative approach.

Suppose you have a mantra like "Anurakti Babaji":

(Love Babaji )

  • You can focus on it for hours in internal meditation
  • You can write it as calligraphy
  • You can create melodies and sing it loud
  • You can integrate it in a painting and create a piece of art with it
  • And so much more.

All these techniques are suitable! They all work!

Just choose the one that feels the easiest for you.

You can choose the easy path!

You can as well use discipline if you want to.

The truth is that you are free!

If you have a friend you want to contact, you can call them, text them, email them, visit them or ask a friend to transmit them a message.

All these techniques work and there isn't one which is better than the other.

No matter what technique you use, Babaji hears your call.

Simple, right? You are free!

"I called him through meditation for a month now - How come he does not speak to me?" - Question

If you already meditated on some techniques and feel like there is no answer coming, it is simply because the answer you receive is usually very subtle and can hardly be felt.

Babaji can communicate to you in many ways and physical speech will probably not be one of them.

Why?

Because this is not how telepathic touch usually works.

This is not how a connection with a guru field usually works.

I know that you might have read books where a master appears to his disciples physically but for most people, this will never happen.

The results that you get from any spiritual practice are usually much more subtle and much less spectacular.

They are feelings of bliss, sudden inspiration to take some form of action, an inner feeling of love and so much more.

These are only examples.

Keep your mind free and be open to any experience even a no-experience.

Even if you don't feel or perceive a change it is still actually happening.

The spiritual training you are engaged into empowers your mind, body and spirit.

The impact of a technique is very subtle and it is often only after a few months that you notice a real difference in the way you perceive your life, thoughts, emotions and connections with what surrounds you.

How to manifest a state of yoga

Yoga means unity.

When you are in a state of unity you manifest your universal identity.

You function from a place where there is no separation between you and the cosmos, the planet, nature and humankind.

You know that we do live in a field of unified consciousness, right?

You experienced it in many ways.

Now, the goal of yoga is to experience that field all the time.

It is to be in a state of mystical union every single minute.

Now, the effects of this state of unity are so powerful that they transform your mind and body forever.

How to manifest a state of yoga?

The first step is to really understand what you want to do.

Once you have understanding, you need to connect with a stream of power and inspiration that will take you there.

It is like swimming in a river that takes you to the sea

Yoga is an invisible system.

No one fully owns it.

It is anywhere you are, not just in an Himalayan cave.

How does Babaji help you with this?

Well it is like getting the help and sponsorship from someone who travelled that path before.

Now, imagine connecting with a being who lives in a state of unity.

The first challenge you might face is to be able to relate to Babaji in a way which matches what he has to offer.

Imagine that you are standing in front of a semi god or avatar right where you are now.

Are you sure that trying to get his email address or physical address is the way to go?

You might try to relate to that being as if he was a person:
  • What does he eat?
  • What is his real name?
  • How can I meet him physically?
  • How old is he?
  • Where was he born?
  • Etc.

Now, these questions usually stay unanswered.

The questions that do get answered have nothing to do with Babaji's personality.

They have to do with your own spiritual development.

If you feel limited in the way you perceive Babaji's being, expand your imagination and realize that you are relating to an omnipresent energy reality.

This is as well called a guru field.

Guru means light.

Now, this energy field does respond to your emotions and intentions.

This energy field sees through you.

You might believe that because you relate to that energy field, you need to give up your power and destroy your personality?

Not at all!

You need your personality as a worldly vehicle.

You need to keep on functioning on this planet.

All these are key ideas to help you along the path.

The next step is to ask for help.

It is very simple:

This energy field can't connect with you unless you want to.

Simply express your call in one way or another:

  • "I am ready"
  • "Can you guide me?"
  • "I need your help"
  • Or any other expression of your desire to connect with that energy reality.

That's it :)

It's not so much the words, it is the intention.

Realize that you are communicating with a field of intelligence which is much vaster than yourself and much vaster than a person.

Now, you probably won't see the sky opening up or a voice talking to you (even though this could happen as well... Maybe :))

The guidance and inspiration you might receive is usually much more subtle.

Here are some examples of what can happen:

  • There is no clear answer but the following day you feel inspired to do something.
  • This action might look insignificant but it is one small step in the right direction.
  • Or you might have a sudden realization two days later.
  • Or you suddenly feel a strong stream of bliss.
  • Or you feel nothing at all.
  • Etc.

These are only some examples of course.

The range of experiences you can have are so diverse.

It is impossible to even attempt to describe them all.

The next step is to respond to this inspiration and actually take action.

Now, taking action can often feel like a small risk.

You don't really know what you are responding to.

It simply feels right.

To take action you need to trust yourself, trust your instinct and trust your source of inspiration.

As you can see, the whole process of manifesting a state of Yoga has its own inner dynamic.

While none of this is fixed and crystallized, you will still recognize some form of coherence behind the inspiration that touches you.

It all makes total sense once you start taking action in that direction.

Now, this "trust" dimension is essential.

Nothing happens unless you fully trust this field of energy and respond to it.

This field of energy can't inspire you unless you ask for help and guidance.

It might be just a one time question or call.

Or it might be a call you renew every day through meditation for instance.

This energy reality simply responds accordingly.

You are free!

Now, this is not exclusive.

The fact that you relate to this specific line of evolution does not mean that you have to cut contact with everything else.

It is not exclusive.

You are free!

That's it for today

Enjoy! ok?

What is the force sustaining a spiritual system?

What is the force sustaining a cloud of birds?

We tend to think of intelligences as human like forms.

But intelligences and spiritual forces are much more complex than that.

When we function with our thoughts, there is only so much our minds can comprehend.

If you try to reduce a formless spiritual force to something you can comprehend, you will usually reduce it and simplify it immensely.

It is like an ant sitting in front of a skyscraper.

Our thinking system is limited!

The rational and conceptual tools we use cannot comprehend realities which are much vaster than ourselves.

Now, let's still give it a try, ok?

A city has its own sponsoring spirit, identity and intelligence.

This intelligence is the sum of everything happening in that city.

Now, there is what we can see with our physical eyes. What we can measure.

Then, there is the invisible which is probably millions of time vaster and more compex than what we can conceive.

Think of a simple concept like synchronicity.

Our usual rational models don't explain it. We need to step into more intuitive perceptions to kind of grasp it.

So, the force sustaining a spiritual system is much vaster than ourselves.

You can call it an angelic intelligence.

But please, think beyond the person like angel with wings! :)

You can talk for instance about the spirit of yoga or the spirit of suffism.

There are intelligences at play which are not human like!

That's the first key point to realize.

These intelligences are watching over you right now.

Enjoy!

http://vitalcoaching.com/babaji.htm

vitalcoach

PS: if you can't or don't want to embrace these ideas, it's no problem. Simply move on and search for your own set of beliefs.

This is just one perspective. It is not a doctrine or a truth, simply an expression of my own experience. These ideas are written down because I believe they might help some of you.

Labels: , , , ,

Do you need a spiritual system?

You always use one, even when you feel you don't.

You are always in touch with some form of inspiration stimulating your actions.

In-spiration = taking the spirit in.

Any time you feel inspired you take a certain spirit in.

This force sponsoring your actions might appear vague and formless, it is still intelligent and structured in its own way.

You will notice that it is not just any action you want to take, it is something quite specific.

If you go to the other end of spiritual systems and look now at very structured traditions, the guidelines for your own spiritual evolution are clearly defined.

So, you have two types of systems (and all the variations in between):

Formless = Internal = Arupa (simply means formless in Sanskrit)

Formed and structured = Rupa (means manifested or "with form" in Sanskrit)

It's essential to understand this because you need to know that you are never alone with the steps you take.

A force is always present sponsoring your actions.

You function within a system.

Even a person who feels they have no system and total freedom still function with a certain set of ideas and beliefs which is still a certain spirit.

There isn't an action you can take which isn't contained within a certain spiritual system.

Now these systems can be totally formless and appear totally free.

They might have absolutely no writing or scripture relating to them.

You might even feel that you are the only person on the planet following that specific stream.

Still, you are connected all the time and never alone.

Good news, right? :)

Next question: what is the energy sustaining a spiritual system?

What does it mean to harmonize your being?

Take a system like your body/mind/spirit/connections.

If you have areas of tension or conflict, these tensions and conflicts will increase when you increase your energy level.

This is why all religions and spiritual systems have some form of purification ritual in their practices.

You purify yourself physically but as well internally so that your channels are clear.

If you are angry when you try to increase your energy level, you increase as well the level of internal tension which can lead to more conflicts and even self destruction.

This is why you need to be very smart when you engage in any form of spiritual practice.

You need to solve what is unsolved.

You need to increase your level of love, respect and harmony, while gaining power at the same time.

Now, the way you use your power is essential as well.

More on this in a coming post

Take care

Why you need extra power when you wake up your universal identity

Waking up your universal identity is like connecting with a new source of energy.

When you do that, you need as well extra power to strengthen your body and mind.

Imagine a stream of energy flowing through your being.

Increase that energy and the system might not be able to take it.

Now, your system is not only your body/mind/spirit.

It is as well the sum of all connections you have with your environment like friends, family, work.

When you manifest a new level of energy, people respond to it in a very instinctual way!

Now, what is their emotional response?

How do you respond when you see extra money or energy?

You want to own it, right?

You want to control it.

This is why just working with love is not enough.

People are competing with each other all the time for energy.

It just happens.

If you want to increase your level of inner energy, you need as well a complete system which is able to take it.

More on that coming soon :)

Take care

How to wake up your universal identity

It's pretty simple actually!

Anything that divides you or separates you strengthens your individual identity.

Anything that unites you strengthens your universal identity.

Feeling your universal identity means feeling connected, united with the rest of the world and the cosmos.

So, if you want to wake up that aspect of your being, engage into actions, thoughts, behaviors, attitudes which link you to the rest of humankind and the planet.

These are compassionate directions.

Compassion means suffering with

con=with
passion=patir (in ancient greek) =suffering

Now, it doesn't have to be suffering.

You can link with joy, celebration, thoughts, feelings and especially love.

Taking action to connect with the rest of humankind links you.

The reason you do it is because you feel you are one with it.

Try it out!

Make a test and follow a line of helping others for a week and check how you feel after that!

You will feel vulnerable on a certain level, and will as well feel a sense of "inner light" and bliss.

This inner sensation is the emotional reflection of this awakening of your universal identity.

It's like activating a certain part of your being. You get a certain direct result by doing it.

It is literally like mathematics or chemistry.

You put together a certain set of actions and you get an inner result within no time.

Now, taking action in an effective way is the next big challenge!!!

We'll cover that one in another post

Take care

Sanat Kumara

Sanat Kumara

- from www.Sanatkumara.com

Through out these many years,
of your current generations, I have
revealed a
very small portion of who 'I Am'. In current
history, I have
penned through such greats as
Alice A. Bailey and Madame Blavatsky. I have
not
made public the Truth of my being to humanity, not
wanting to over
emphasize my role to a planetary
consciousness that would not fully
understand. I
have lived my varied existences behind the scenes
of great
and powerful Masters who has lived full
and prosperous lives upon your
Earth.

You
have been given a small, minute
picture of who
Sanatkumara is in the past. The totality of the
concept
is almost too great for the human mind to
comprehend. I have not wanted to
be idolized or
worshipped by you or any other race. By the
examples of
others who have come to incarnate onto
your planet, I felt it necessary not
to expose
myself to such a 'need'. I have been in the scope
of this
universe and this planetary system for
eons, embracing the structure through
my heart and
being; working to bring an evolution to this
planet, Earth,
so that all kingdoms could advance
and so other planetary systems could
advance as
well. My focus has been to Earth however my
consciousness
reaches far into this universe and
many others.

I Am known in all spheres as
the
'Ancient of Days'. I have commanded the
evolution of many planets not just
Earth. As the
'Ancient of Days' I have instructed Zeus and many

demi-gods to their greatness and to their fall. I
have been identified
in all ancient texts and
religions. In one of the oldest religions, I have

been known as a son of Brahma, manifested God,
along with my three other
brothers who all have
passed through this realm, called Terra, in one

form or another. Each and every time my brother
Sananda incarnated into
a physical form I have
been a guiding force
.

I
have been instrumental in bringing
forward the
Lemurian and Mayan cultures to their greatest
honors. I have
hovered over Atlantis, as choices
of a civilization were made to annihilate
it. I
have watched races destroy themselves and wondered
what could have
been different. I have guided the
Roman Empire. I decided to bring a man
called
Jesus to Earth, embodied a King called Solomon,
built two etheric
cities: one is Shamballa in the
Gobi desert and the other as Camelot in the

British Isles. I instructed a King called Arthur
to form the council of
12 or the 'Round Table', to
bring together the energies of 12 rites, to form
a
council that would govern the land. In Shamballa I
have initiated the
'will' mechanism to further
anchor it into the structure of this planet. I

have brought you the 'Great Invocation' and I have
brought the original
Reiki symbolism to you.

I
have penned through many great and
famous beings
that have lived and aspired on this planet. I have
worked
through many in these generations and those
of past. I have been the guiding
light of Sir
Isaac Newton, Edgar Cayce and have inspired some

musical

masterpieces of Mozart and Chopin.
I have provoked
past presidents of this nation called America,
lend a
light to present heads of states and I Am
channeled by many to date.

I
have been known by many as the
planetary Logos,
because for over 18 million years, I have fathered
this
planet to create an evolutionary wonder,
knowing always, what Terra would
become in this
now time. The importance in this universe of such
a place
and the need for its position in the
evolution of a race of individuals. My
essence has
held together the destruction, of evolutionary
turmoil at
times, of this universe and this
planet.

As
the planetary Logos I set-up a
framework or
organization of the systems and procedures in
which this
race and civilization could work from,
learn and develop. Without this
guidance the race
would go into oblivion unable to gain any control
or
reason to continue its growth. It has been this
guidance and supervision
that has brought you to
this critical time in the history of your planet.

Why has the planet developed in such chaos to
some? Because each kingdom
has its own growth
cycle and each kingdom upon Terra is required to

experience its own evolution before making the
next step.

I
have and continue to
have a great respect for all
the civilizations I have birthed onto this
planet
from all other universes and subuniverses that
have come before
you. Taking this planet and its
civilization to oneness has been my goal,
all in
perfect order.

My
name, Sanatkumara,
has a vibrational tone
frequency built into it that opens and ignites the

memory of the 'I am' in this civilization. 'I am'
the Initiator, the
Truth, the Awakener, of your
God within. I initiate the change and you
create
the change. 'I am' the structure through which all
must
pass.

I
have lived in a
semi-physical form in the etheric
frequencies of your planet, never actually

creating an incarnation of the life/death process
here on Earth, my
focus and energy life streams
are greater than this physical body could
endure.
Never before, in the history of this planet have I
been so
present and available to humanity as I Am
now.

Why
Now? Because of
this critical time in your Earth's
history. Because it is time for all of
you as
represented as humanity to realize your own divine
plan, and your
own planetary logoship, so you are
the initiator of the Kingdom of God right
here on
planet Earth. We have guided you and we have
watched over you
and it is time for you to
incorporate 'us' into you and become your

totality.

Each
and every
civilization, from beyond Earth's time
has given its part to creating the
whole, and it
is this civilization in this now time, that is the
sum
total of the whole. Each and every phase has
been carefully orchestrated to
bring you to this
particular time, this particular evolution. I
along
with many others who have watched over the
development of this race and now
it is time to
'put into action' the plan, the Divine Will of
God. I,
Sanatkumara, have fully orchestrated this
plan, the Divine Will, holding
together its parts
for this time, to bring you to this point of

recognition and to this point of understanding in
your development as a
race.

We have watched and
guided
you, spoken and held back, as you have unfolded to
this place in
your own development as a
consciousness. We honor you all for having the

courage to come to this point in your
civilization". Blessings to each
one of you. Good
day,
Sanatkumara.

THE FORMING OF THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD

THE FORMING OF THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD

Next, a ways and means had to be devised
whereby
the natural children of the Earth and their
pledged guardian
spirits might be awakened to
their own responsibility in creating an aura of

Light for their planet to satisfy Cosmic Law, and
to allow Sanat Kumara
to return to his home star.
Sanat Kumara prepared for this by founding the

Great White Brotherhood, a united inner group of
Ascended Beings. The
service of this spiritual
order was to teach interested students Cosmic Law,

and eventually draw them into the Brotherhood.
This way they would be
prepared to assume, at some
future time, responsibilities and positions held

by volunteers from other planets.

The Great White Brotherhood is
comprised of
Ascended Beings who are all specialists along some

particular line of spiritual service and endeavor.
Their goal is to set
the Earth and its evolutions
free. Members of the Great White Brotherhood
live
only to serve God.

The first two of Earth's lifestreams to so
respond
were Gautama Buddha and Lord Maitreya. From this
small
beginning, the Brotherhood has gained in
strength and numbers through the
centuries.

After Sanat Kumara arrived, a priest of the Order
of
Zarathustra returned to mankind the knowledge
of the physical fire.

Previous to the coming of Sanat Kumara there were
ages when only
three persons held the connection
from the Earth to the Divine Realm; at one
time
there was only one person. That connection held
the Earth in orbit.

So it was that Shamballa was completed in three
different time
intervals; once or twice it was de-
stroyed by cataclysmic action. One
Master said
that the final building of Shamballa was recorded
in occult
literature as having occurred 60,000
years ago. According to another
dictation
"remnants of the bridge to White Island may now
still be found
under the shifting sands of the
Gobi Desert." The desert was formed as a
result of
cataclysmic action, whereby the Gobi Sea was
changed to a
desert. When the physical buildings
of Shamballa were destroyed, an etheric

counterpart of Shamballa was created above it.
Sanat Kumara stayed at
this Etheric Retreat until
1956, when he was able to return to Venus through

the efforts of students of the Light. These
students, through voluntary
application of the
Law, had increased the Light-Quota of the Earth by

con-structively qualifying energy. This way they
did create the
necessary conditions for Sanat
Kumaras return.

Let us ever be
grateful to and remember the
service given by Sanat Kumara, one of the
greatest
friends the Earth has ever known.

SANAT KUMARA ENTERS SHAMBALLA

SANAT KUMARA ENTERS SHAMBALLA

One day, working against time, (there was a
Cosmic
Moment beyond which the Cosmic Law would not allow
the Earth any
more energy, and Sanat Kumara would
have to come whether Shamballa was
completed or
not), the city was finished.

The Lemurian Pole Star
(which apparently fulfilled
a function similar to today`s North Star) was at

its zenith, signifying this Cosmic moment, and
Sanat Kumara, accompanied
by three other Kumaras
from Venus, entered his residence. Happy and

grateful were the builders, who had endured the
900-year ef-fort to
complete Shamballa, a place so
magnificent that the like of it has never
been
equalled at any time on Earth. They knelt in
thanksgiving before
God and Sanat Kumara, this
forming an etheric record. Thousands of years

later pilgrims entering the United States tuned
into this record in
establishing Thanks-giving
Day.

After arriving at Shamballa, Sanat
Kumara drew
forth the immortal Threefold Flame of God. The

con-centration of that flame had never been known
on the Earth before,
because it represented the
vibratory action of the planet Venus. A tiny

thread of this flame was anchored into the heart
of each of the 10
billion lifestreams belonging to
Earths evolutions, both those in
embodiment, and
also those out of embodiment. The crisis passed,
and
Earth was saved.

THE BUILDING OF SHAMBALLA

THE BUILDING OF SHAMBALLA

Within the Gobi Sea there was an island with lush

green foliage, upon which it was decided to build
Shamballa. This island was later called "White Is-land."

Drawn together by the bonds of
common interest in
one cause, the next task of the 30 volunteers was
to
find the material of which Shamballa was to be
built, and by the labor of
their own hands, design
and build from marble and stone the vision which

they held within their minds. Conditions were
similar to those
encountered today. There was no
special assistance given these individuals.
There
was a veil, and there was no coming and going of
visible angelic
beings.

'~From all over the world they carried by the
sweat of the
brow and not in mystic chariot, all
the tre-mendous pieces of marble and the
various
other heavy stones that formed the mighty
edifices. They used
the most beautiful materials
the Earth could offer. Some among them, who
were
powerful in the use of magnetization, helped them
in the erecting
of some of these stones, weighing
tons."..............

Continuing the account of the Masters, in the
building of
Shamballa, the first task of the
priests was to build a beautiful bridge
connecting
the main-land with the island. It was carved of
the finest
marble, engrained with pure gold, and
contained ex-quisite figures of
Cherubim. Adjacent
to the bridge on White Island was a tree-lined
avenue
which led to the main temple, meant to be
Sanat Kumara`s resi-dence. The
main temple was
built upon the highest point of the city. There
were
marble steps leading to it, broken by grassy
terraces placed at intervals of
about 12 steps.
These terraces were adorned with gaily colored
flowers and
rainbow-hued fountains. The great door
of the temple was of tremendous
height. Its golden
filigree work reflected the sun like a gigantic

mirror. The main temple itself, as well as the
remainder of the city,
was built using white
marble, hence the names "White Island" and "City

of White."

The temple
for Sanat Kumara looked similar
to the Taj Mahal
of modern times. It was of Cyclopean architecture.

White minarets of the City pointed heavenward, and
its golden-domed
temples gave the impression of a
gigantic fire-lotus suspended in the
atmosphere.
Lovely fountains adorned the front of the
building.

Shamballa was not built all at once. Construction
was frequently
interrupted by destructive hordes,
who came down from the hills, killed the
builders,
and destroyed their work. As soon as their
physical bodies
were disconnected from their
etheric bodies (souls), they applied again to
be
quickly provided with opportunity for a new
embodiment. This request
was always granted.
Undauntedly, for 900 years, the builders of

Shamballa continued their service of love, brushed
away the rubble, and
started anew, sometimes even
having to rebuild the very foundation of the

temples.

PREPARATION FOR SHAMBALLA

PREPARATION FOR SHAMBALLA

After returning to his home-star Venus, Sanat
Kumara made the announcement of his offer to His
people. Inspired by His example of selfless love,
30 priests [in other dictations this number was
given as 100] from the planet Venus offered to
precede him to prepare a place for him. They
imprinted into their memory the City of Shamballa
on Venus, which was to serve as a model for Sanat
Kumara's home on Earth. Then they bade goodbye to
their families, their home, and their planet, and
stood before the Lords of Karma of the Earth. This
great Council accepted the offer of the volunteers
with great gratitude.

There were no special privileges accorded to these
priests. They were bound to the laws of the Earth,
including the wheel of reembodiment, and each one
was to understand that he had to share Sanat
Kumara`s destiny, namely, none would be released
until the hour came when the Earths own Light was
sufficient to meet the demand of Cosmic Law. They
were not granted the privilege of consecutive
consciousness, and had to submit to the "Bands of
Forgetfulness," an act of mercy which applies to
all unascended lifestreams of the Earth. Were it
not for this act of mercy, mankind would be
troubled with the memory of thousands of
embodiments, which according to the Masters, would
give us too much to handle at one time. Therefore,
all that was left of the memory of Venus was the
imprint on their etheric bodies of the picture of
Shamballa as it existed on Venus, or the
promptings of their hearts. There was to be no
Master showing them the way on Earth, and no other
outer assistance given.

When the priests awoke in infant form they looked
the same as any other individual on Earth at that
time. They were born in different countries; some
were born in North America.

After they reached adulthood, the former priests
of Venus followed their heart`s promptings,
causing some to leave their families. A part of
those living in the area today called the United
States gathered near what is now New York City.
They had one thing in common, an inner memory of a
shining city. They crossed several great seas and
continents. Some of the former priests finally
gathered on the mainland, close to the Gobi Sea, a
large body of water which is now the Gobi Desert.
Many had had a wearisome journey, but a burning
desire lighted their way, and let them remember
their purpose sufficiently to find their pilgrim
brothers. After arriving upon the shores of the
Gobi Sea, the strongest among them brought forth a
vision of their purpose, and it was confirmed in
the hearts of the others. Thus started the
preparation of what is known as "the building of
Shamballa."

SANAT KUMARA SAVES THE EARTH

SANAT KUMARA SAVES THE EARTH

from

http://www.geocities.com/ascendedmaster/Shamballa.html

THE LOW POINT IN OUR HISTORY

Once the laggards were brought to Earth, mankind

started its downward trend. The "local mist"
(Gene-sis 2:6) caused by
the laggards became a
total veil, generated when most of mankind tuned

into thoughtforms of misqualified energy and
produced some of their own.
This downward trend
continued until the Earth reached such a low point

that it became a concern of the Hierarchy of its
galaxy.

Cosmic
Law demands any planet to carry a certain
amount of Light (harmoniously,
constructively-
qua1ified energy) by its inhabitants as a
condition of
maintaining its place in a solar
system. About two and a half million years
ago,
during the Mu Age Lemurian Age), the Earth fell
short on the
following counts:

1) It did not emit sufficient constructive

radiation.

2) It did not contribute sufficiently to the music
of
the galaxy, the so-called "Music of the
Spheres."

3) Its rotating
axis was tilted 45 degrees. If
this vould have gone farther, it would have
been
disastrous. (Now, in 1983, it is tilted about 23
degrees.)

4) Guardian spirits cannot stay indefinitely on a
planet. They must
return to their own planets,
their natural sphere of activity. Their place
must
be taken by the natural lifestreams of the Earth.
This has not
occurred. THE FIRST THREE ROOTRACES
ASCENDED, BUT OUT OF THESE MILLIONS OR
BILLIONS OF
LIFESTREAMS, NOT A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTED
IN ANY
MANNER TO THE SUCCEEDING RACES. All of
these individuals chose to progress
at inner
levels, and thereby elected not to assist the
inhabitants of
the Earth.

5) Man descended to the stage known to us as the
caveman.
Even the knowledge of how to make a
simple fire became a forgotten item. The
age of
the dino-saurs prevailed.

6) The spark in the heart of the
individual, which
maintains his life, and which anchors the I AM

Pres-ence, had shrunk to one sixteenth of an inch.

7) The nature
kingdom revolted and refused to
bring forth any new foliage for a mankind so
full
of discord and lack of appreciation of their
services.

Against the backdrop of these alarming develop-ments,
Helios and
Vesta were required to attend a Cosmic
Council. The Council was attended by

repre-sentatives of the galaxy of which the Earth
is part, as well as by
representatives from other
galaxies. The conference was chaired by Alpha and

Omega, who are responsible for our galaxy.

After considering all
pertinent factors, a
proposal was made to write off the Earth as a

useless expe-rience. As part of this plan, the
Earth was to be swung off
its axis, thereby
dissolving it. This would have meant "SECOND
DEATH"
for its inhabitants, from which there is no
coming back into embodiment, and
therefore
complete annihilation forever of all life on

Earth.

Sanat
Kumara, an Ascended Being from the
planet Venus,
and one of its regents, at this point sug-gested
that if
an Ascended Being with sufficient Light
(constructively-qualified energy)
chose to remain
in the Earth-atmosphere and offer His Light as a
balance
for the Light-quota lacking on Earth, the
Earth might be saved. This would
have to be done
until some of the lifestreams belonging to the
Earth
(not including guardian spirits) could be
trained to take His place.

Archangel Raphael agreed, and asked for
volunteers. Sanat Kumara
indicated he would be
interested pro-vided that his twin-flame, Venus,

the other Co-Regent of the planet Venus, would
consent. Venus
subse-quently agreed, and this
freed Sanat Kumara to pro-ceed with His
mission.

It was
stated to the students in the
1950's that Sanat
Kumara had fulfilled similar missions before, each

time returning home victorious. [From this account
it is reasonable to
assume that a similar "Fall of
Man" also took place on other planets.] In
the
Bible Sanat Kumara is called "the Ancient of Days"
(Daniel 7:9).

THE 144.000 FROM VENUS

THE 144.000 FROM VENUS

from

http://www.geocities.com/ascendedmaster/144.html

SANAT KUMARA. The Ancient of Days, who volunteered to come to the earth thousands of years ago from his home on Venus.

At that time, cosmic councils had
decreed the dissolution of the
earth, so great was
mankind's departure from Cosmic Law. The Solar
Lords
had determined that no further opportunity
should be granted humanity, who
had willfully
ignored and forgotten the God Flame within their
hearts.
The requirement of the Law for the saving
of Terra was that one who
qualified as the
embodied Lamb be present in the physical octave to
hold
the balance and keep the threefold flame of
life for and on behalf of every
living soul. Sanat
Kumara offered to be that one.

In his April
8, 1979, Pearl of Wisdom,
Sanat Kumara told the
story of how Venusian devotees volunteered to

accompany him and embody among mankind to assist
him to keep the flame:
"The joy of opportunity was
mingled with the sorrow that the sense of

separation brings. I had chosen a voluntary exile
upon a dark star. And
though it was destined to be
Freedom's Star, all knew it would be for me a
long
dark night of the soul.

"Then all at once from the
valleys and the
mountains there appeared a great gathering of my

children. It was the souls of the hundred and
forty and four thousand
approaching our palace of
light. They spiraled nearer and nearer as twelve

companies singing the song of freedom, of love and
of victory.... As we
watched from the balcony,
Lady Master Venus and I, we saw the thirteenth

company robed in white. It was the royal
priesthood of the Order of
Melchizedek....

"When all of their numbers had assembled, ring

upon ring upon ring surrounding our home, and
their hymn of praise and
adoration to me was
concluded, their spokesman stood before the
balcony
to address us on behalf of the great
multitude. It was the soul of the one
you know and
love today as the Lord of the World, Gautama
Buddha.

"And he addressed us, saying, '0 Ancient of Days,
we have
heard of the covenant that God hath made
with thee this day and of thy
commitment to keep
the flame of life until some among earth's
evolutions
should be quickened and once again
renew their vow to be bearers of the
flame. 0
Ancient of Days, thou art to us our guru, our very
life, our
God. We will not leave thee comfortless.
We will go with thee."

Thus they
caine to the earth with Sanat
Kumara and legions
of angels, preceded by another retinue of

lightbearers who pre-pared the way and established
the retreat of
Shamballa-"City of White"-on an
island in the Gobi Sea (now the Gobi
Desert).
There Sanat Kumara anchored the focus of the
threefold flame,
establishing the initial thread
of contact with all on earth by extending
rays of
light from his heart to their own. And there the
volunteers from
Venus embodied in dense veils of
flesh to see the earth's evolutions through
unto
the victory of their vow. The first from among
these unascended
lightbearers to respond to the
call of Sanat Kumara from the physical octave
was
Gautama, and with him was Maitreya. Both pursued
the path of the
Bodhisattva unto Buddhahood,
Gautama finishing the course first and Maitreya

second. Thus the two became Sanat Kumara's
foremost disciples, the first
ultimately succeed-ing
him in the office of Lord of the World, the second

as Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha.

The Ascended
Master SANAT KUMARA is a
Hierarch of VENUS.

SANAT KUMARA is
sanskrit and it means"always a
youth".

2.5 million years ago
during earth's darkest hour,
SANAT KUMARA came
here

to keep the threefold
flame of Life on behalf of
earth's people.

After Sanat Kumara made his commitment to come to

earth 144.000 souls from Venus volunteered to come
with him to support
his mission.

Four hundred were sent
ahead to build the magnificent
retreat

of
SHAMBALLA on an island in the
Gobi Sea.

Mahal - Shamballa in a
smaller scale

Sanat Kumara resided in
this physical retreat,

but he did not take on a
physical body such as the
bodies we wear today.

Later Shamballa was
withdrawn to the etheric octave,
and the area
became a desert.

SANAT

KUMARA is THE ANCIENT OF DAYS in The Book of
DANIEL.

DANIEL wrote (19, 20):

"I beheld till the thrones
were set in place,

and THE ANCIENT OF DAYS
did sit, whose garment was
white as snow,

and the hair of his head
like the pure wool.

His throne was like the
fiery flame

and is wheels as burning
fire. [His chakras.]

"A fiery stream issued and
came forth from before him.

Thousand thousands
ministered unto him,

and ten thousand times ten
thousand stood before him.

"I saw in the night
visions, and, behold, one like THE
SON OF MAN

came with the clouds of
heaven, and came to THE
ANCIENT OF DAYS,

and they brought him near
before him.

"And there was given him
dominion and glory and a
kingdom,

that all people, nations
and languages should serve
him.

His dominion is an
everlasting dominion, which shall
not pass away,

and his kingdom that which
shall not be destroyed."

The supreme God of Zoroastrianism, AHURA MAZDA is

also SANAT KUMARA.

In Buddhism, there is a
great god known as BRAHMA
SANAM-KUMARA,

yet another name for SANAT
KUMARA.

SANAT KUMARA is one of the
SEVEN HOLY KUMARAS.

The twinflame of SANT
KUMARA is VENUS, the goddess of
LOVE and BEAUTY.

In 1956, SANAT KUMARA returned to
Venus, and
GAUTAMA BUDDHA

is now LORD OF THE WORLD
and SANAT KUMARA is REGENT
LORD OF THE WORLD.

Since then SANAT KUMARA
has visited PLANET EARTH and

Functions of Sanat Kumara

from www.crystalinks.com

Functions of Sanat Kumara

Let us identify
the major functions of Sanat
Kumara that we may
ponder.

1. Sanat Kumara
is the Lord of Shambhalla.

It is said that
Sanat Kumara dwells "in Jana
Loka, his own sphere
or spiritual state" along with the other 7 and 105

Kumaras. The Jana Loka is the fifth Divine Loka,
which is located, it is
said, "beyond the Solar
System."

In this sense,
Shambhalla is composed of
Kumaras, just as the
Hierarchy is composed of Egos or the Spiritual

Triads, and Humanity is composed of humans or
personalities. These three
Kingdoms form the Head,
Heart, and Throat centers of the planetary Life:

Spirit --
Shambhalla -- Head Center

Consciousness -- Spiritual Hierarchy -- Heart
Center

Form --
Humanity -- Throat Center

To say that
Shambhalla is composed of Kumaras
is another way
of saying that Shambhalla is composed of groups of
Monads
Therefore the world or environment of the
Monad is Shambhalla, just as the
threefold world
of the Triad is the Hierarchy, and the three
worlds (the
mental, astral, and physical planes)
the realm of the personality.

It is intended,
at the end of this cycle, to
have each of the
three lowest sub planes of the physical plane--the

fire, water, and earth sub planes--to be fully
responsive to the
energies of Shambhalla, the
Spiritual Hierarchy, and Humanity respectively.
At
that time, the three centers will have merged into
their higher
coordinating center--the planetary
ajna--and physical plane experience will
be
transcended in this Scheme. This transcendence
will not be due to
pralaya, but rather by the
achievement of a relative perfection.

This is the
higher correspondence to the
achievement of
initiation by the human being. The human being
normally
achieves an exit of the physical plane by
way of death. Initiation is, in
one sense, a
different exit which does not lead to further
incarnation.
For example, a first degree initiate
will not have his or her physical
elemental
reincarnate--it has been transcended. Of course,
the
consciousness will still need a physical
vehicle for each incarnation until
the fourth
initiation is taken, but the physical elemental
life has
reached a peculiar point in evolution.

This relative
perfection at the end of this
cycle will be
achieved through the process of individualization,

initiation, and identification. Sanat Kumara has
led Humanity to
individualization ages ago in "Lemurian"
days. Sanat Kumara today leads
Humanity on the
path of Initiation in this era, and will one day
be the
focal point of the process of
Identification. Therefore:

2. Sanat Kumara
is the One Initiator.

Sanat Kumara is
thus the First Hierophant, the
Maha-Guru or
Greatest Guru, and the head of all evolution in
this Fourth
Globe of the Earth Scheme. He acts as
the Hierophant at the third, fourth,
and fifth
initiations, wielding the rod of initiation to
bring about
dramatic changes within the
consciousness of the initiate and sealing
certain
achievements. The previous two initiations, the
first and the
second, are presided over by the
Christ.

The Monads have
sacrificed themselves, and
taken upon themselves
the substance of the five lower planes, and

evolved through countless ages through the
mineral, plant, animal, and
human kingdoms in
order to "gain experience" and "achieve contact."

Without this sacrifice, neither Humanity or the
Hierarchy would exist.

Our Monad is a
"Voluntary Exile" from the
realms of Shambhalla.
We have chosen to take incarnation and gain

experience, and learn in this manner, in order to
further the
development of our Monadic essence (if
such a phrase has any meaning) and to
further the
planetary and solar evolution as well. Our Monads
were
driven forth to creation by the Sound of the
solar AUM, and that Word still
is sounding forth,
driving each tiny life in every planetary Scheme

onwards in cyclic growth.

We have
sacrificed ourselves in part for the
sake of the
evolution of the elementals of the vehicles. When
we gain
control and mastery over our vehicles,
these devas also attain a relative
perfection.
When the vehicles are fully purified and refined,
and the
individual is liberated from their
limitations, the devas of the
vehicles--etheric,
astral, and concrete mind--also reach the goal of

their lesser cycle of activity.

Just as we refine
our threefold vehicle and
lift their elemental
lives, so does Sanat Kumara refine the sevenfold

cosmic physical plane. Just as we have sacrificed
ourselves for the sake
of the evolution of our
vehicles, so has Sanat Kumara taken incarnation,

and will not attain His own particular goal in
evolution until a
relative perfection has been
achieved for the entire planet. This is a

tremendous sacrifice on the part of Sanat Kumara,
on an unprecedented
scale; consequently:

3. Sanat Kumara
is the Great Sacrifice.

Thus just as the
Ego holds the personality
vehicles in incarnation
by the force of its Will, so does Sanat Kumara

hold the planet, and the subjective vehicles of
the planet, together
into one functioning unit.

We might get the
idea from this that Sanat
Kumara is to the Earth
Scheme what the Ego is to the personality; and in

one sense, that is correct. But in truth, the
matter is far more
difficult and the analogy is
not exact. Consider that Sanat Kumara is but
one
tiny unit within the etheric head center of the
planetary Life. From
this angle, Sanat Kumara is
hardly of any significance to the entire scheme.

There is, then, something that makes Sanat Kumara
unique from all other
Kumaras. We come to what is
perhaps the most important definition of Sanat

Kumara:

4. Sanat Kumara
is the focal point through
which the planetary
Life of the Earth Scheme comes into contact with
our
Globe.

This is a deep
mystery, and there have been
many attempts to find
analogies to explain this unique relationship

between the planetary Life and Sanat Kumara. It
has been said, for
example, that Sanat Kumara is
the personality of the planetary Life, or the
Ego
of the planetary Life, or the incarnation of the
planetary Life each
of these is partly true, but
do not explain the truth in full. As the
Tibetan
puts it,

Sanat Kumara is
the planetary Logos yet He is
not. A reflection of
this method of direct incarnation can be seen when

a disciple steps out of his body and permits his
Guru, or a more
advanced chela, to use it. (Alice
Bailey, A Treatise on Cosmic Fire,
pp. 753)

In such cases,
the disciple has willingly and
deliberately
allowed the Guru, Initiate or Master to use his
personality
vehicles for a set time and in a set
place in order to perform a service
project. In
the case of the planetary Life, this service
project is in
part what we call Initiation.

So Sanat Kumara
and the planetary Life are both
distinct entities;
one is not an aspect of the other. Yet at the same

time they are very closely related. (Note: It
should be noted that
sometimes statements
concerning Sanat Kumara are relevant to Sanat

Kumara being the planetary Life or Logos, and
other statements about
Sanat Kumara are relevant
only insofar as Sanat Kumara is a Kumara.) It

should be understood, then, that Sanat Kumara (as
a kumara) is a much
lesser Being than the
planetary Life. Sanat Kumara is but the physical

form expression of Monadic Life or Spirit.

Sanat Kumara is
thus the means by which the
planetary Life comes
into dense physical plane expression. Sanat Kumara

is the manifestation of the appropriation of a
dense physical body of
the planetary Life. This
first occurs at the time of human

individualization, and necessitates 1) the
development of the three
worlds to a particular
rate of vibration and 2) the vitalization of the

heart center of the Heavenly Man, the Spiritual
Hierarchy.

The planetary
Life uses Sanat Kumara just as
the soul uses a
temporary personality "when that personality is at
an
advanced stage of initiate consciousness."
(Alice Bailey, The Rays and
the Initiations
,
pp. 206) This is a parallel, not an analogy.

5. Sanat Kumara
is the planetary Logos of our
scheme in physical
incarnation.

This is now to be
understood with the
qualifications given above.
Sanat Kumara is not the planetary Life itself,
but
is the means by which that Life incarnates. By
means of Sanat
Kumara, the planetary Life can
reach and intelligently contact the
individualized
units within the Scheme. This makes it possible
for
Initiates and above to contact and speak to
the planetary Life by means of
Sanat Kumara. Sanat
Kumara is the individualized mind of the planetary

Life.

Thus as an
analogy or comparison rather than as
a fact, it is
said that Sanat Kumara is the personality aspect
of the
Lord of the World, the planetary Life. The
planetary Life is, on His own
plane, to Sanat
Kumara what the soul is to the personality.

We have seen that
Sanat Kumara is a
manifestation or avatar of the
intelligence of the Planetary Logos, the
Planetary
Life in incarnation. In turn, Sanat Kumara sends
his
intelligence outwards and downwards into form,
resulting in the appearance
of Divine Beings who
are avatars of Sanat Kumara. As H. P. Blavatsky

said, "A certain Ray (principle) from Sanat Kumara
spiritualized
(animated) Pradyumna, the son of
Krishna during the great Mahabharata
period...."
Thus on occasion Sanat Kumara appears as an avatar
to
humanity, bringing certain new energies and
principles into manifestation,
primarily the
principle of our planetary Life.

6. Sanat Kumara
is the embodiment of a
principle of the planetary
Life of the Earth Scheme.

The Earth Scheme
is one of the four schemes
that compose the
quaternary or lower fourfold aspect of the solar
Life.
Just as each of our four vehicles--the
physical, etheric, astral, and
concrete mental
vehicles--has its own characteristics and
principles, so
does each of these schemes,
including the Earth Scheme, have its own

principle. This principle of the planetary Life
manifests through Sanat
Kumara. The other Kumaras
transmit energies from the other schemes, not only

of the solar quaternary, but also the seven and
the ten solar schemes.

The Kumaras,
then, are the means by which the
planetary Life
comes into contact with the seven rays and other

extra-planetary energies. They are a mechanism of
contact, just as the
personality is a mechanism of
contact for the soul, or an etheric center is
the
mechanism of contact for the inner Observer. This
is a part of the
function of the planetary head
center, Shambhalla. Thus taken as a whole,
the
Kumaras are the head center of the planetary Life.

The seven Kumaras
that are each related to a
principle have a
special relationship within the planetary head
center.
They are the equivalent of the seven head
centers in the head. Thus:

7. Sanat Kumara
is one of the seven head
centers within Shambhalla,
the head center of the planetary Life.

Sanat Kumara and
the other Kumaras are "focal
points for the energy
of the planetary Logos on His own plane." (Alice

Bailey, A Treatise on Cosmic Fire, pp. 728)

They are thus
each related to:

a. A planetary
principle or vehicle, and thus
to the seven Sacred
Planets.

b. One of the
seven Rays, emanating from the
constellation of
the Great Bear. The force and energy of one of the

principles of the planetary Life--from the
constellation of the Great
Bear--pours from the
planetary Life to what corresponds to the monad of

the Kumara. From there it reaches the
consciousness of the Kumara, and
is transmitted to
the Earth Scheme.

c. One of the
seven major planetary centers or
kingdoms
(humanity, the animal kingdom, etc.). Sanat Kumara
is closely
related to the center we call Humanity,
producing definite effects within
that center.
Sanat Kumara is in one sense the energy of
individual
identity within humanity, and the other
three Kumaras are closely related to
the three
lower kingdoms, producing their motion and grades
of
consciousness.

d. One of the
seven schemes. The three Buddhas
of Activity, or
the three exoteric Kumaras Who work with the Lord
of the
World, relate our scheme to the other three
schemes of the Solar quaternary.
The other three,
hidden or esoteric Kumaras relate this scheme to
the
higher three schemes (among the seven). They
represent energies that are not
yet manifesting
within this planet, but the energies of the fourth

Kumara will soon begin to make their impact.

e. One of the
seven Ashrams.

Sanat Kumara is
thus one of these head centers
within the
planetary Life. Each of the seven Kumaras is one
of the head
centers in the planetary Life of Earth
in the same way that the seven Stars
of the Great
Bear are the seven head centers of the One About
Whom
Naught May Be Said.

7 Head Centers --
7 Kumaras -- 7 Stars of Great
Bear

7 Etheric Centers -- 7 Ashrams -- 7 Solar Systems

Sanat Kumara and Numerology

The breakdown of
words "Sanat Kumara" is of
interest. Our planetary
Life has a first ray monad, a second ray soul, and

a third ray personality. These find their
reflection in the
numerological meaning of Sanat
Kumara.

Sanat Kumara,
1-1-5-1-2 + 2-3-4-1-9-1 = 10 + 20
= 30 = 3.

For the Earth,
the second ray is in power at
this time, for our
little planet is in many ways a reflection of the

solar Life. Thus Sanat Kumara, the representative
in form of the Spirit
aspect embodied in the Lord
of Shambhalla is of necessity second ray,
seeking
to develop the first ray aspect. Consequently, as
it is the
second ray that is in force at this
time, He has delegated the task of the
guidance of
the Hierarchy to the Christ; i.e.,:

The Known: the
Knower: the Field of Knowledge

The form: the
Spirit: the sphere of influence

The Planetary
Hierarchy: the Christ: the Seven
Hierarchies

The Earth: Sanat
Kumara: the Seven Sacred
Planets

This is not to
say that the Spiritual Hierarchy
is the highest
Hierarchy or that Sanat Kumara is the Highest
Planetary
Life; they are definitely not. This is
to illuminate the place of Sanat
Kumara and the
Spiritual Hierarchy within the sphere of the solar
Life.
This position is, as the Tibetan pointed
out, the mid-way point. We might
clarify the place
of the Earth within the solar Life by the
following
table:

The 4 rays of
attribute - their unifying 3rd
Ray - the 7 Rays

4 + 1 + 7 = 12

Breaking down
each of the 4 rays of attribute
and the 7 rays we
have:

4+5+6+7 = 22 -- 1
-- 1+2+3+4+5+6+7 = 28 /
22+1+28 = 61 = 7

or

3+4+5+6+7 = 25 --
1 -- 1+2+3+4+5+6+7 = 28 /
25+1+28 = 64 = 10 = 1

The 4 Kumaras --
Sanat Kumara -- The 7
Planetary Logoi

The 4 Non-Sacred
Planets,

Mars, Pluto,
Vulcan, Moon -- Earth -- The 7 Sacred
Planets

Making the 12 petals
of the solar heart center

Each receptive to one of the 12 constellations

Thus in the four
non-sacred planets besides the
Earth, the duality
of Human and Deva monads continues, with the Deva

evolution dominant. In the sacred planets, the
monadic life is
triumphant, and duality has been
transcended. On Earth, the battle between
the
Human and Deva monads continues with the
introduction of a third or
intermediary aspect,
the Manasaputras, the Solar Angels, which make the

peculiar and unusual possibility of initiation a
fact in this scheme.

The Earth is thus
the battleground between
spirit and matter within
the solar system, and Sanat Kumara the focal point

of that battle. Our own personal spiritual
development is intrinsically
part of the work of
Sanat Kumara to save all the lesser lives within

this Scheme. The cosmic battleground is reflected
in Sanat Kumara, which
in turn is reflected in our
own lives by the conflict between personality
and soul. All is interconnected by the golden chain of
Hierarchy.

SANAT KUMARA - LORD OF THE WORLD

SANAT KUMARA - LORD OF THE WORLD

from www.crystalinks.com

Sanat Kumara (Kumara = Kuma Ra =Guardian of the Divine Fire)

It is said by the Tibetan Buddhists that there is a land in the north named Shambhala, where everyone is happy. This land is ruled by a king, named Raudra Chakri. In the Alice Bailey and Theosophical literature he is called Sanat Kumara.

Raudra Chakri is the Buddhist "Ruler of Shambhala" and the "Lord of the World."

Sanat Kumara is also the being that is the Earthly representative of our Planetary Logos - the personality aspect of the Heavenly Man.

This article is a brief description of Sanat Kumara, derived from the western occult traditions.

Sanat Kumara is thus the incarnation of our Planetary Logos, the manifestation of the Lord of the Ray of our Earth Scheme.

He keeps the world together in His awareness and in one sense, is the source and root of that which we call human consciousness. It is He who makes human evolution and initiation possible.

Three other exoteric Kumaras, known as the Buddhas of Activity, work with Sanat Kumara.

Yet another set of three Kumaras are also associated with Him in a more subjective manner, making seven Kumaras.

The six other Kumaras are representatives of the energies of other schemes. This makes four exoteric (Sanat Kumara and the Buddhas of Activity) and three esoteric Kumaras.

It is said that of these seven, "We have the four exoteric Kumaras, of Whom two fell, and the three esoteric, of whom One gathers the life forces of the four exoteric, making with Them the five" (Alice Bailey, A Treatise on Cosmic Fire, pp. 829) Thus we find these five Kumaras are concerned primarily with humanity and transmit the energy of MIND from Sirius.

These Kumaras are also related to the five major initiations and also to the five major etheric centers that relate the human being to the five planes of superhuman evolution.

Sanat Kumara is, thus, the personality, and the three Buddhas of Activity act as the three aspects of that personality. The three hidden Kumaras stand in the same relationship to Sanat Kumara as the three hidden Kingdoms of elemental lives--composing the elemental life of the etheric, astral, and mental vehicles--stands to the human being.

The "Silent Watcher" is, in this theory, the soul aspect. These, in turn are manifestations of the Planetary Logos just as the human soul-integrated personality is the manifestation of the monad.

The planetary Logos is the initiator of the four kingdoms via Sanat Kumara and the three Buddhas of Activity, initiating each kingdom via one of these Kumaras.

Thus Sanat Kumara is the initiator for the fourth, or human, kingdom.

Thus of all the Kumaras, the most important to us is the one named Sanat Kumara, or Highest Kumara.
