• Trying to get back together

It fails in 95% of the cases for many reasons I already mentioned. Most guys waste months trying to get her back when in fact the deal breakers for this relationship tell you instantly that it won't work. Give up on that girl and move on!

• Self pity

It is called victimization. You believe that the world is against you and that you are the victim of some unfair curse. You are not! This is the end of a cycle and plenty of opportunities are open for you in your future! Embrace them!

• Self destructive spiral

This includes drugs, alcohol, poor eating patterns, low work performance, verbally abusing your friends, etc. All these patterns create a snow ball effect and make the problem bigger than it is. One key rule! Limit the challenge to it's real size and don't let it expand to other areas of your life!

• Rebound relationship

Light dating, yes! New committed relationship, no! The short period that follows a break up is an essential recovery time which allows you to reset your relationship skills and shift key behaviours. Find answers and make changes before you jump into a new relationship

• Broken record syndrom

This means to keep on talking about your ex over and over again. This keeps you going in circles with no solution. Stop! It does not help!

• Get rid of all traces of her presence in your personal environment!

Get rid of objects she left behind, presents, picture, letters, memories. This includes clearing her text messages in your cell phone or deleting her emails in your mail box! - Do it now! This defintely frees your mind!

• Change your self talk!

When you say things like "I need her", "We were meant for each other" or "She was the one", you limit yourself! - This is simply not true! - If you were meant for each other how come she is not with you right now?

• Stop talking about her!

The more you talk about her, the more you make her the center of your attention! - If a friend asks you about her, simply say: "Not interesting! - Let's talk about something fun! - She is in the past - She got enough attention from me - I am focused on the future now!"

• Replace her!

Light dating other women will definitely reset your female points of reference in your mind. It gives you validation from the opposite sex and makes you realize that other women like you!

I went from being in severe pain almost constantly to feeling great everyday

"When I first signed up for coaching sessions I was an emotional mess.

After having gone through an affair I decided to stick with my wife and family but had tremendous emotional pain as I was still in love with this woman. I was totally unprepared for the pain I went through. I've never gone through anything this painful in my life.

I couldn't stop thinking about her, memories would flood me and the pain and ache of missing her would not go away. My family and work was suffering tremendously, all I wanted to do was sleep.

It wasn't until I found Francisco and went through a series of coaching sessions that things changed around. He used several techniques and gave me several tools that I could use to rebuild my life.

I went from being in severe pain almost constantly to feeling great everyday.

I'm at the point now that I am so happy that things worked out the way they did. Occasionally I get a painful memory that in the past would send me into a funk for days.

Now, however, I have the necessary tools to not go into a downward spiral but, rather, be happy about my life, my wife and the way things worked out!"

"I'm a woman, but I found this vid useful. I've just been dumped by someone. I love the idea of getting my power back, focussing on my own life and not on him. I can't do anything about him and missing him won't change anything.

A word to guys tempted to get revenge by going out with another woman to rub the ex's nose in it. Have a thought for the other woman. I was her and it hurts to know I was used in that way. "

"hey whats going on man...im in a tough spot..
me and my ex broke up around a month ago because she felt guilty having feelings for one of her ex's. Yet every night she still calls and every weekend she still wants to hang out...and every time she says she still has feelings for me and she loves me...i really dont want to get over her but i need to cause all it feels like is shes keeping me around incase her ex hurts her again(hes went out with her like 4 times and hurt her) and ya idk wha to do"
