- Find new training rhythm + Key diet or training shift!</title><content type='html'>Over the last few months, the summer is coming back and it is clear there is an unbalance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Too heavy over the waste line.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am at 75% of my ideal fitness and shape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the keys is because of back pressure, i stopped with biweekly jogging.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To compensate for that, I do as well eat less.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still bike to dunes and swim +light jogg twice/day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Something need to change and evolve though!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is clear!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are possible solutions and new strategies:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Back to fish?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Other protein sources increase?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jog again?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gym&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bike beach twice/week?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Other?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</content><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://vitalcoaching.com/blogs/f1/2008/05/find-new-training-rhythm.html' title='Which strategy to choose?
