Targets? - STRATEGY

from here, the future targets are not yet 100% clear -

the goal is to strengthen this diet and make it 100% grounded!

Key question: protein input?

Do I need more sources or is everything fine?

Any more suggestions?

80% raw! - STRATEGY

Right now, that's more or less what I get - I not cook a vegetable in a long time!

No bread, only whole flour tsampa like meals

close to no processed foods

Little pasta or rice

some lentils every now and then.

I am thrilled by this diet, first because it is possible and works for me!

My taste did readapt to this new type of food.

snacks frequently just pieces of carrots or other vegetables

Around 3 bananas, 2 oranges, 1 pear, 1/4 melon every single day!

This is impressive and shows it works.

Protein gap? - STRATEGY

It has been now lose to 20 months since I shifted my diet to close to no meet or fish.

Around 4 months ago, I started fully eliminating cheese as well

the question is:

does my body need extra proteins or not?

I get some from nuts, yoghurt + what is contained in the other foods

Right now, is there a protein definciency in my body or not?
