Bliss can be felt through your biofield

For those of you who ever experienced bliss, how would you describe it?

Imagine this moment of intense joy and emotional release during which fears, doubts and negative emotions seem totally gone!

The feelings you have at that moment are:

Streaming energy
Open space
Removal of emotional blockages
Etc.

All these descriptions refer to an energy state.

Energy = Biofield

When you feel bliss, energy disturbances and blockages in your biofield are removed.

The energy streams better, stronger, more freely through your biofield.

This bliss experience can be spontaneous or the result of an interaction with a specific very energizing environment like a place on a beach, a mountain top or a beautiful forest.

Bliss can be triggered as well through a spiritual or energy practice, sex, an uplifing life experience, a great achievement, etc.

The key is to realize that bliss is for a large part, something that happens in your biofield .

What about other emotional states like happiness, intense joy, sadness, pleasure and many more?

Are they a biofiled experience?

Of course they are!

Any experience can be described from various angles.

You can look at these experiences from the biochemical perspective within the physical body.

You can describe these emotions from the mind side.

You can see them as mystical realizations.

Now, you just added a new way of looking at them!

You see them as movements of energy within your biofield.

Every life model we make is always an approximation of reality.

Looking at life from the biofield side is simply a new way of looking at what happens in and around you.

Why you rarely hear about biofileds

The only reason why you live daily without often being aware of your biofield existence is because your phyiscal senses don't see it.

The reason you know it is cold or warm is because your sense of touch gives you that information.

You see colors and shapes.

You hear sounds and music.

You taste foods.

You smell odours.

Now, what is your sense that measures tiny changes in magnetic or electrical vibration around you?

The closest you get to it again, are your feelings.

Right now, you are not yet equipped with a trained sense or tool that allows you to perceive biofields.

Now, imagine that 100 years from now, you could be walking around with a tiny cell-phone-like camera that let's you see other person's biofields.

You could measure it physically, see disturbances in the biofiled activity related with unsolved emotions.

You could actually see a person's happiness streaming through their whole body in a complex sea of energy lines.

Imagine!

Biofields are complex!

Because at this stage we have a VERY limited set of tools to measure, see or describe these biofields, we naturally tend to simplify them.

Imagine now that every cell or process in your body has a biofield.

Imagine that each one of your thoughts or emotions changes the vibration in your biofield.

You can look at your overall aura and describe the overall vibration or you can dive into microcosmic dimensions and describe the vibration of a cell or part of it.

The complexity of your biofield is immense!

It is at least as complex or even more than you phyiscal anatomy.

Energy realities and biofileds

Everything has a biofield.

Anything that is physically manifested on this planet has a biofield.

Even rocks and minerals have an electro magnetic vibration permeating them.

A forest has a biofield which is the result of all the combinations of the individual biofields living in it.

This unified biofiled is the sum of all the trees, plants, animals, minerals, people and more present in it.

You can define biofields exactly the way you want.

For instance if you see two persons interacting with each other, you can describe the individual biofields and the way they interact with each other...

Or you can see these two persons as a new biofield entity and observe how this larger biofield interacts with other biofileds like other groups of people or the environment they are in.

Feelings?

Feelings invoke the idea of touch, right?

Feelings = Impressions

Impression contains the word pressure.

It is like a blueprint you can analyze or observe.

When you feel, you sense.

Now, feelings are not related with physical senses, right?

They are something more subtle and touch the mind.

A way to look at feelings is to imagine that your biofield is being impacted by an energy.

For instance, if you are in someone else's presence, you will have a few feelings.

These feelings are the result of an interaction between your two biofields.

Now, you no longer look at your biofield as an isolted energy reality.

You realize as well that your biofield actively interacts with your environment.

There are exchanges of energy between biofields.

When something new impacts on your biofiled, you get an impression or feeling.

This feeling is an interpretation of a certain energy through the filter of your biofield and mind.

So feelings can be seen as an inner sense of touch.

This sense is subtle and perceives invisible impacts of energies on your biofield.

Practical approach and theory

Right now, I am simply putting in a place a few concepts, fresh perspectives and theories about your biofield.

In practice, you are probably already harmonizing your biofield without being aware of it.

You might jump into a fresh lake in the middle of the summer and feel totally refreshed both physically and mentally as well.

Why?

Because the water has a refreshing effect not only on your physical body but on your biofield as well.

Here is another example:

Why do you prefer eating some fresh salad rather than a heavy cooked meal?

Because the fresh salad still contains all the energy content of living food.

The heavy cooked meal is still physical matter but the intense energy content of the raw ingredients has been removed.

Here is another one:

Why do you scream when you are angry at someone?

Because sound has the power to remove emotional blockages.

When someone makes you angry, they create an energy blockage in your biofield.

To fight back and free yourself, you formulate an idea and express it loudly.

You use the power of sound as a freeing impact on yourself and on someone else.

These are only some isolated examples of how you influence your biofield every day.

You use instictual techniques all the time to stay in a clear space.

Why there is more than meridians

The meridians are for the biofiled what the veins or nervous system are for the physical body.

They are a small part of your invisible anatomy.

With acunpuncture, the goal is to make sure that these meridians stream harmoniously.

Blockages or disturbances create sickness.

So, if you see an accupuncturist and complain about a headache, they will activate certain pressure points so that a specific meridian streams better.

The goal of shiatsu massage is similar, right?

Except, you use thumbs instead of needles.

With shiatsu, you have less precision but the goal is the same.

If you go and get a reflexology massage, the pressure points in your feet will be activated so that your energy streams better.

Same with an ear massage.

In other terms, if you are into these alternative approaches or see a therapist or alternative medicine practicioner, you already use a part of the knowledge of the biofield.

This is only a tiny little fraction of what is availble though.

Once you tap into the full knowledge, you probably have the tools to be and stay totally healthy.

Physical body, biofield and mind

Imagine that you have symbolical layers of consciousness.

The lowest part is the physical visible body.

On top of that, you have the invisible physical body. That's your biofiled or etheric body.

On top of that you have the mind which contains thoughts and emotions and is itself divided into astral and mental planes.

There is more after that but we'll focus on these three layers for now.

These three aspects of our life are totally interconnected.

The reason why you don't fully see the connection between thoughts and physical body is because you don't fully see the biofield which is the layer of energy in between those two.

Harmonized energy field

Our biofield is our life support system.

It can be identified with life force.

When you are healthy, your biofield is hamonized.

When you feel upset, disturbed or angry there is a disturbance in your energy field

This is how accupuncturists describe a sickness.

If you check the EFT techniques, you know as well that tapping on specific pressure points is aimed at clearing these disturbances in your energy field.

This tells you that thoughts and emotional states are totally linked with your biofield state.

Someone who is extremely healthy and vital has of course as well a very harmonized biofield.

All that makes total sense, right?

What is missing

What is missing is quite simple:

Tools to measure and describe your biofield.

At this stage, you have your feelings and inner beliefs.

You have some inner experiences.

You have theories of consciousness.

You have chinese medicine.

But all these pieces of information are only tiny fragments of what really exists.

For instance the reason we know about radio waves is because we designed tools to measure and interpret them.

200 years ago, for the common person radio waves did not exist.

It would be a mistake to believe that our science has covered everything that can be measured in our planet and bodies.

Of course!

We are probably bombarded by a complex mix of solar radiations every day.

Do we ever see all that or hear about it?

The only reason you are aware of it is because the sun screen you use reminds you that you need some form of UV filter to protect your skin.

That's about it.

If we could actually see a landscape with electro magnetic perception for instance, we would probably see a super complex play of forces and waves between trees, leaves, people walking through the forest, etc.

I am sure we would be amazed. This would be beautiful.

If we could have an electromagnetic scan of our body, we would see as well a very complex play of forces, waves of energy moving with our thoughts, emotions or intentions.

Again, the only thing that is missing right now is the tool to see all that.

A very complex invisible anatomy

Saying that the biofield is simply a field of electro magnetic vibration is as simplistic as saying that the body is simply matter.

Imagine the complexity of the physical body.

Well, your biofield is probably as complex or more than your physical body.

It's not just a unified vibration because every cell, every organ, every process in your body has its own electro magnetic blueprint.

On top of that, electricity and magnetism are two forces we can relate to because we have been aware of their existence for some time now.

Now, these two forces are probably not the only ones at play.

Maybe we have as well many more wave types and forces generating a very complex picture!

If we could see it...

That's the limitation right now:

We have a very limited set of tools to measure exactly what is going on in this invisible realm.

Our physical senses like sight, touch or earing give close to no information at all.

Kirlian photography can give us some insights.

Mediums who claim to see auras can as well share some information.

But because, most people don't access that type of vision, they can of course discredit all that.

Biofield, etheric body and meridians

The biofield is known for many thousands of years.

Many people are aware of its existence but what is missing right now is a knowledge about that field which is simply basic to anyone.

The biofield is the the same as the etheric body.

If you never heard of any of these, you can see the biofield as the electro magnetic vibration of your body.

Defining the biofield that way is already immensely reducing what it is because at this stage we have only glimpses of understanding of what it really is.

You can call it aura as well.

It permeates every single one of your cells and radiates out of your body as well .

The meridians observed and used in chinese medicine are a small fraction of this biofield.

When we talk about Qi, prana, kundalini, shakti power we talk about the energy that activates this biofield.

These various words describe the same life force that sustains our lives.

The connection between this life force and our bodies happens through our biofield or etheric body.
