Ambition can create a huge stress and tension on your system. Step out of that tension and free yourself first. You have nothing to prove to anyone. You are already perfect right now.

Step 2:  Design a supportive environment

No need to have the whole weight on your shoulders. Design a system which support and encourage your reaching your goals.

Step 3: Have a strategy for every situation

If you want to win that game, you need to be ready for anything.

Step 4: develop top skills and expertise in your field

Before you market what you have to offer make sure that your product is strong.

Step 5: market yourself and your services

Develop a marketing vehicle which brings your message out there. Having the skills is only half of the story. Your marketing strategy represents the other half of the story.

Find your target market and find out about their unique needs. Listen! Surveys! Develop products which respond to their very unique needs. Target your product and make it accessible to those who need to buy from you.

Time for business

Growing your own business takes of course time and energy.

Self employed or employed

Going for your own business is really a choice.

The advantages of staying within an exiting employed position is the protection and comfort that an organization offers you.

The first time you step out of this structure and decide to go solo, you leave the organizational  comfort of a steady job to design your own environment.

This step can be challenging and not everyone is fit for it. It is conscious choice one has to take, realizing what the challenge is. It takes determination, strength, will power to breakthrough as an independent business.
