Nowadays, cigarette packages carry a label “Smoking kills you”, right?
I guess how big this label is and what it says depends on the country’s regulation.
I just found out that the European Union is planning to set up a system where bad food will be labelled as well.
This French article says that the makers of Nutella for instance (which is composed of 60% sugar) might have soon to ad to their labels that their product is “Dangerous for your health”.
The final label or regulation might not be as blunt as this statement but I believe this is a good step in the right direction.
That’s incredible news as so many consumers bombarded by brainwashing ads still think that giving Nutella to their kids is healthy!
