How to train your power muscle

This one is a great post on getting it right with personal power.

“The moment you feel low is the moment you feel a power gap.

Negative thoughts are simply the result of an inability to protect your mind and emotions.

If you feel like you have poor self esteem, it simply means that you don’t have or feel enough power.

Now, power is a muscle you consciously build. You work on it, train it, and practice it.

It’s not enough to think about it every now and then when you need it.

You need to consistently train your personal power muscle.
