Try artistic expression, contact with nature, hatha yoga, anything which stimulates the flow of life force in your system and keeps you moving.

If you put too much discipline in your practices, it makes you goal oriented creating long term dissatisfaction.

Relax and enjoy instead even if it is a one minute glimpse of freshness.
