Light smoothies – This is not a temporary strategy – FASTING STRATEGIES

These light smoothies I am testing now are not some temporary strategy.

The goal is not to use that for a week and then go back to my original way of eating.

The goal is to maintain these new ways long term.

Remember that I am trying to decrease calorie intake long term and see if new subtle nutritional channels kick in.
