Should be simpler, really!
Two ways to tackle that:
- Simplify the way these categories are presented
- Direct customers to page where the category has been preselected for them – They don’t see everything, only what the NEED to see
- Simplify the memberships and group the product in packages
Still to check – that one process must be more intuitive
