This is a simple one! 5 min to prepare.
- In a food processor, put
- Soaked nuts and seeds (sesame, sunflower, flax seeds, chia, almonds, etc)
- Goji berries
- Dried raisins
- Maca (small amount – strong taste)
- Raw Cacao (beans, nibs or powder)
- A couple of carrots
- Put some in a small bowl!
- Ad some pieces of fruit like banana, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc
- Squeeze some lemon juice and put on top
