SOMETIMES, SPIRITUAL PRACTICE CAN BECOME WAY TOO TECHNICAL AND COMPULSIVE… RECONNECT WITH FLOW, EASE, FREEDOM AND SPONTANEITY

Sometimes the best practice is to put some music and dance freely, just look at a wild landscape, be present or engage in sensual exploration.
Discipline and techniques are fantastic.
Alternate freedom and discipline in your spiritual approaches.
A rigid mind can be an obstacle to your evolution.
A compulsive quest for perfection can alienate you.
Overuse of will power can dry out your life force.
Be wise.
If you feel that you hit a motivation gap,  explore free flow approaches, let go of discipline and do what you feel like doing first or what feels like the most fun.
