Start with super light smoothies in the morning and/or evening – FASTING STRATEGIES

I started experimenting this morning with that one.

1 liter of water with about 20 leaves of baby spinach.

have been drinking that for the first 2 hours after waining up.

after 2 hours, I start feeling light hunger 20% kicking in.

My level of energy is still high but feel I would run out of energy if I had to train right now…
