Try this:

  • Practice for 1 min instead of 5 min
  • Alternate with one day practice, one day not
  • Sustain the practice and break through the blocks with will power
  • Drop them and use other mantras
  • Use other techniques than mantras
  • Slow down the mantra
  • Take it inside
  • Ad movement while singing the mantra
  • Shake while singing the mantra
