TANTRIKA TRAINING – KALI JAYA

Each day when you wake up and before you do anything else, jump out of bed and do 5 min of KALI JAYA.

Repeat this mantra out loud energetically.

Do that for 5 days in a row.

After the 5 min, each day, take a min to write down a few words about your experience.

Do that for 5 days in a row and drop it for 2 days.

After that start again for a 5 days of KALI JAYA practice.
