There is no such thing as localized fat burning! – TIP

If you feel you have too much fat on your belly or lottom, training these specific areas won’t burn the fat exclusively there.

When you do cardio sessions and sweat, your body simply takes energy where it can find it. This usually mean all over your body.

Doing a training session on a specific muscle group area won’t help you burn fat in that specific area faster.

The whole idea of localized fat burning is simply a myth!
