Right now, I still consume 2 liters of yoghurt in the form of evening snacks and salad dressings.
Cheese is minimal, hardly any left.
No more mozarella or feta. I only buy some goat cheese, around 300 grams every 10 days.
The goal here is especially to ease up the pressure on the animal kingdom.
It’s a reaction to industrial farming and use of cows.
