Feedback for today:

  • always have a hard time meditating so breathing and sound especially it was really easy to get into it and enter into meditative state
  • relatively easy to sustain for 30 min
  • feeling more activated than I usually am
  • energy growing with the sound
  • 30 min on the KALI YAMA mantra
