New 30 min sequences with shaking, breathing and mantras
I call these energy fitness or building your energy reserve.
Feedback for today:
- always have a hard time meditating so breathing and sound especially it was really easy to get into it and enter into meditative state
- relatively easy to sustain for 30 min
- feeling more activated than I usually am
- energy growing with the sound
- 30 min on the KALI YAMA mantra
