WITH PRICING BE FIRM AND STICK TO THE AGREEMENT
As soon as I set up the space, I already had a few people negotiating for doing it differently.
Some of it was because I didn’t communicate clearly the conditions at first.
They were simply not clear.
Now they are.
These guidelines are the result of deep and super useful feed back I have been getting from many people.
It will be sliding scale – That’s what most people voted for.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVED
While I would love to book spaces for people in advance it’s just going to be very impractical and way too difficult to manage.
So my intention is check with me a few days before – I’ll tell you if the space is full or not – SHOW UP
That’s a model that I saw working successfully in other places and really saves us from having to manage cancellations, deposits or things like that.
