The idea is simple.

You let the other share for 5 min without interrupting!

You don’t interrupt!

You don’t step in!

You don’t talk over!

No matter how much what is said irritates you or triggers you.

You stay calm, totally passive and receptive.

Simple, right?

After 5 min, you do that again.

You can take rounds and do that for 30 min each.

After that, you take a break and stop talking before coming back to the conversation.
