VITAL SEX – KAMA DAYA – SEXUAL ACTIVATION – SEXUAL FITNESS – ENERGY FITNESS – SEQUENCES

Sexual fitness can be trained in  exactly the same way you train your physical fitness at the gym, through jogging or swimming.

What’s your level of sexual fitness right now?

Do you know how to sustain high energy through out your sexual session?

Do you use dynamic breathing as a way of enhancing pleasure?

How present and connected are you while having sex?

Etc!

You see? Many skills and talents that you can consciously train!

Right now when it comes to sexual fitness, there is no existing system!

Do you realize that if you want to train your muscles or your physical fitness you have millions of gyms and sport’s clubs around the world!

No sex gym!!

We are in the very early stages of something that could be main stream within 20 years!!!

Really!!

Instead of spending one hour on a treadmill, you could go to a class that teaches you dynamic breathing techniques, shaking, erotic cycles, etc.

The key word I use for all these approaches is the Sanskrit term KAMA DAYA

KAMA = SEX
DAYA = ACTIVATION

KAMA DAYA can as well be body play where you massage your partner or activate their energy body.

KAMA DAYA can be a set of activations you practice alone purely based on energetic awakening.

Or it can as well a set of breathing sequences that you practice sitting face to face with your lover.

You see?

It is emerging potentially as a whole complete playout (I’ll use that term instead of workout, sounds more fun!)

At this stage it can be so many approaches!!!

The basic techniques are already there!

And the whole idea of SEXUAL ACTIVATION can go way further!

It can be main stream soon!

In the first steps you bring time structure.

For instance, you can have 5 min slots in which you sustain a simple practice for these 5 min.

You could for instance do a quick 15 min energy playout that would look like:

  • 5 MIN – FIRE BREATH
  • 5 MIN – SHAKING
  • 5 MIN – STRETCHES
If you have an hour, you could have 10 x 5 min sets with 1 min transition in between. It could look like this:
  • 5 MIN – GENTLE MOVES
  • 1 MIN – TRANSITION
  • 5 MIN – KAMASANA 1 (I talk more about kamasanas in other posts)
  • 1 MIN – TRANSITION 
  • 5 MIN – SHAKING
  • 1 MIN – TRANSITION
  • 5 MIN – FLOOR STRETCHES
  • 1 MIN – TRANSITION
  • 5 MIN – CHAOTIC FIRE BREATH
  • 1 MIN – TRANSITION
  • ETC
We just added something that is not usually present when it comes to anything sex related!
It is structure!
It is timing!!!
I know it might sound strange but timing is an essential aspect of sexual mastery.
If you have sex with your partner once everything else has been done, sex won’t be as juicy as if you make sex a priority!
Instead of having quick intercourse in bed at midnight when you are both exhausted, you
  • Create a protected space 8-10pm
  • Turn off your cell phones and computers
  • Create a sacred space in your bedroom
  • Spend the first hour connecting sensually and doing some simple sexual activation techniques like breathing together.
  • Spend the second hour engaging in conscious sexual intercourse play without rushing to orgasm and expanding the pleasure space instead.
See the difference?
You create some structure, protected space, energy awakening, etc.
This has the power to incredibly expand how much juice, pleasure, fun, depth and connection you get from sexual play!
It doesn’t need to always be a structured script!
You can alternate some conscious techniques with totally wild, passionate, spontaneous sessions!
You don’t have to choose one or the other!
My invitation is that if you start consciously engaging in sexual play with a wider range of options, this will incredibly boost your sex life and ad a dimension of pleasure and depth that you might have never touched!!
