Usually you tend to suppress or hide your shadows.
You will feel shame around them and defend yourself when you are accused of expressing them.
Part of the tantrika training is to offer this space where shadows can be expressed.
I do set up clear and safe boundaries so that it doesn’t get out of control.
I want all tantrikas including myself to be safe.
This means that
• We set up time and space for shadow expression
• “Stop” or “Pause” is an exit strategy you can use any time
• No physical touch unless agreed otherwise for a specific practice
