This is a new sanskrit mantra that just came to me that translates as PLAY in English.
It is a new life power and a new aspect of VITAL TANTRA.
It is not a quality you would necessarily invoke because within spiritual traditions, it is not usually central.
It can be seen as superficial, childish or shallow when in fact it is really deep and one of the core vibrations that most humans look for.
VITAL PLAY – VILASA YAMA is the ability to stay light, break the frames, dissolve tensions through humour, create energy and fire through playful activation, use fun as an access to bliss and much more!
It is a whole path and system by itself exactly like any other aspect of VITAL TANTRA.
