I have a lot of sources of information, but i just can not find the time to use it to change my life how can I organize my time to do these vital things that i like to do i spent most of my time working?

I know, it’s tough sometimes to find out where or how to start. The best thing is to take small steps. Even if you have just 5 minutes in the morning or 1 hour in the week end, that’s where you can start.

My advice is do not focus on discipline. Rather go for fun, enjoyment, energy and life force. Something that truly makes a difference and makes you life better.

I believe that you can put aside 5 minutes in the day. The real challenge is to breakthrough what you believe are your limits. There are no limits, only the ones you accept.
